Top California Democrat: “Half of My Family” Here Illegally

Kevin-De-Leon

California State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León is pushing a bill that would make his state a sanctuary for illegal immigrants, and he admitted last week that his motivations were not entirely altruistic. Indeed, de León said in a Sacramento hearing last Tuesday that some of the illegal immigrants who would be affected by President Trump’s hardline deportation policies were members of his own family.

“I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under [Trump’s] executive order,” he said. “Because if they got a false Social Security card, if they got a false identification, if they got a false driver’s license prior to us passing AB60, if they got a false green card – and anyone who has family members who are undocumented knows that almost everybody has secured some sort of false identification. That’s what you need to survive, to work. They are eligible for massive deportation.”

And? Identity theft is a crime. Falsifying legal documents is fraud. Coming to this nation illegally…is illegal. So while we can argue about whether this immigrant or that immigrant should be a priority for deportation, it currently stands as a matter of federal law that all illegal immigrants are “eligible” for removal. This remains true even in the wake of President Obama’s DACA order, which was a directive to federal agencies and not a permanent change to congressional law.

The bill in question, SB 54, would prevent California law enforcement officers from cooperating with federal immigration authorities unless a judicial warrant required them to do so. It is being opposed by state Republicans like Assemblyman Travis Allen, who say the law would put California residents in peril.

“SB 54 is an illegal and dangerous attempt to silence our law enforcement and endanger our citizens,” said Allen. “Kevin de León’s proposed legislation puts California’s families in danger by turning California into a sanctuary for criminal illegal immigrants and strips law enforcement of their ability to protect our state.”

Allen said that, contrary to what the media reports, the vast majority of Californians were appalled by sanctuary laws.

“Kevin de León is pandering to a small minority of Californians who want criminals in our streets,” he said. “A recent UC Berkeley poll found that 74% of Californians oppose sanctuary policies, including 65% of Latinos, 70% of independents, 73% of Democrats, and 82% of Republicans.

“There is a huge disconnect on this issue between the California Democrat politicians running the state and the citizens of California,” Allen continued. “The majority of Californians from every ethnic group and political party clearly understand sanctuary policies for what they are: safe spaces for criminal illegal immigrants.”

In an interview with Bill O’Reilly this weekend, President Trump said that California was “in many ways, out of control.”

We can’t disagree.

If this isn’t evidence that the swamp needs to be drained then I don’t know what is. Rule of Law means nothing when you are a CONGRESSMAN admitting that half your family is using FALSE ID, some of which was obtained by fraudulent means where if prosecuted results in FEDERAL PRISON TERMS (i.e. falsifying green card app info).

My parents were born in Africa. I was born in Europe. We emigrated to Canada and then USA LEGALLY. We went through the process, which isn’t difficult if you are a professional and have no skeletons. Those who can’t make it through the process can’t make it FOR A REASON. Every country reserves the right to deny entry to ANY NON-CITIZEN. Especially those with criminal records in their home countries.

Time to stomp these extreme left cockroaches! It’s only DC, NYC and California backing this crap. The rest of the country knows the score! Luckily the Rule of Law has returned to the Executive, the House and the rogue scum has been silenced within the civilian intelligence apparatus. Militias will not need to suit up for this purging.

Always good to have new blood in the mix….. as long as it isn’t tainted by illegality of residence.

        (C)

        Testimony, by an
immigration officer having personal knowledge of the facts concerning
that alien’s status, that the alien had not received prior official
authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States or that
such alien had come to, entered, or remained in the United States in
        violation of law.

        (c) Authority to arrest

No officer or person shall have authority to

Still looks like a bunch of felony pinches are in order . Thasy can all go home to Mexico right after they get out of prison. —- Maybe loss of citizenship should be added to the penalty section of U.S. Code › Title 8 › Chapter 12 › Subchapter II › Part VIII › § 1324 8 U.S. Code § 1324 – Bringing in and harboring aliens. Then we have Identity theft and forgery and possession of criminal tools too.

We have some abandoned military bases we can use for prisons. – willing to bet the border guards get trampled with returning wetback after the first couple of arrests, though.

Just wait for Mr. Sessions to get “in session”

Boy did he open a can of worms. But, it’s a shame, because money talks and criminals walk.

That is so true. See it everyday where I live. Poor folks get taken out by the police and fake reports while the wealthy around me pay 15 to 20,000 dollars and they are off of any charge.

Good law if only it was applied to all peoples.

          • Tiger

It clearly makes the statement that it needs to make and it is the law. He is the president and if the courts shoot him down then we have a huge problem in this country.

Katie, and right now…not favorably. Between the Dems dragging their feet, and the RINOS allowing it, with several actually being worse than the Dems. Anything to destroy PRESIDENT Trump…but they forget or just don’t care that we the people are suffering while they’re being obstructionists.

This will change in 2018, if not before. There is nothing that will be able to derail the Trump Train.

I see a couple of recall elections in the near future. – Especially as the wetback start running for their lives. – The writing is on the wall. The brand new wall. Get out or make the can.

    • Garden_Goddess

I have met a lot of folks who immigrated to the US LEGALLY. They are just as upset as I am about the freeloaders. These legal Americans learned English, understand US Laws, love America and do not rely on handouts. I openly welcome these new Americans. However, those that aren’t vetted properly or sneak over the border illegally to get free stuff are the anti-Americans. They only come here to take advantage and destroy American life. They are not welcomed imo!!!

      • Roswell Evans

I agree, if you come In and Stay Illegally, your doing the ones who do everything right a disservice.

      • Jeanne Stotler

and us who had parents and grandparents who came here back in 1880’s, not an easy trip from Europe, they had to learn English, PROVE they could SUPPORT THEMSELVES AND FAMILY, and sign a paper that they would NEVER become a “BURDEN TO SOCIETY{“

        • pappy450

          Tiger,
This guy is an IDIOT. He just painted a bullseye on his “illegal Family” and actually set them up to be deported. AND THEY SHOULD BE AS WELL AS HIM) NOW I see that MY State of N.Y. Is “‘following suit” and attempting to become another “sanctuary State” (by SCUMOCRAT ruling, seeing that is all we have in our government here) I KNEW it wasn’t going to be long…THIS State ALWAYS tries to follow Mexifornia. (just looking for yet MORE ILLEGAL scumocrat VOTES) I guess scumocrats are not capable of thinking for themselves and follow one another like LEMMINGS over a cliff.

          • James Maxwell

And the citizens keep voting them into office, makes you wonder wtf is wrong with
them or is it just the fact that the illegal votes are being counted since they never
remove the dead people from the rolls and of not verify citizenship before
            registering them?

          • pappy450

If you recall “moonbeam brown” not only allowed, but, encouraged ILLEGALS to vote in a “statement” ran on national TV.
OSCUMBAG, and deblasio in N.Y. city did the same. In my opinion, IF all the “illegals” and “dead people” on the voter rolls were counted, they would probably outnumber the “legal” voters in “mexifornia”. So I would say that it isn’t the LEGAL “citizens” that vote these creeps in, it is the “ILLEGALS” that overcome the LEGAL votes and MOST have to be “shown” how to “vote” and we know what party they were “coached” to vote for.

          • D Books

“Moonbeam Brown” promised to build a wall if Trump won. Maybe all of the liberals in Mexifornia, along with their cheap-labor illegals can keep themselves productively busy and start building that wall? I agree 500% with Trump – CA IS out of control. A civilization loses its civility and productivity when the laws in place are not adhered to, respected or enforced. Such is the case in CA and throughout our country. Liberalism IS a mental disorder as they choose to cast away their common sense for the sake of “bucking the system”/following laws which, by doing so, somehow, gives them pleasure. Yet, they are incapable of surviving on their own…..now that’s NUTS!

          • Ron C

If Moonbeam Brown builds the wall…he would put a tunnel in it so the bullet train could bring even more illegals aliens in to the state.

          • Juan Two Three

HA HA HA…what a fuking BOONDPGGLE that fuking train is!!!

          • Roger Short

The lying liberal media and the demoncrats try to tell us that there is no evidence of illegal voting. I’m sure that they have spent many hours researching it! The fact is that True the Vote has already determined that there were millions of fraudulent voter registrations, which is an easy thing to check out, if you’re interested in knowing the TRUTH! I’d also like to hear one of the liberals explain how it is that there were many counties and precincts that had more votes cast than there were registered voters in that county or precinct! I’m sure that there is a logical explanation for it!

          • Merle Dickey

We have a small county in my state that has 2100 registered voters and they had over 3200 votes !! Of course after going through and counting by hand and rechecking they had over 1100 illegal voted and ALL were for Hillary !!!

That’s the only way to do it!

          • fred

It’s been out of hand for decades, NOW is the time to right the ship for the real Americans who have worked hard all our lives to insure we are the “shining country” everyone wants to come to and thrive in. Criminal illegal aliens, which means all that come here without a green card need to be dealt with exactly like Mexico deals with invaders…throw them in Prison and take many months to “process them”while using them as slave labor to do what they want to with them. Believe me, that will slow illegal immigration down instantly and provide free labor for budget conscious infrastructure projects that need a boost. Word will get out in the countries sending people here that is happening and they will STOP coming here except by LEGAL means!

          • Merle Dickey

I agree with any legal way to keep them out . I believe we should stop all immigration for 5 years until we get all the scum bags criminals out of here ! It can’t be done over night and I hate to see our hardworking law officers get one out and two come in !!!!And I agree make them work while they are in prison . The down fall there tho is our prisons now have work out rooms and TVs and libraries and they get better health care than some of those on the outside that work can afford ..Example is Manning who had a sex change and we tax payers paid for it !!! Big NO NO !!!

          • fred

yes the obvious problem is the distortion of rights LAWYERS have given to these criminals so we must limit the lawyers from bastardizing OUR laws and take back the country from them! The amenities at prisons is astonishing and the services like sex changes even more so… ALL of that nonsense MUST stop!

          • esquire2

          • James Maxwell

Remember in Cali they are more INVADERS voting than American Citizens and
even holding public office to the determent of the Citizens. This is the results

          • glorybe2

America makes a fortune with illegal immigrants. Are you aware that they pay social security like all employees do yet get zero benefits if they become disabled or retire? They pay sales taxes and property taxes as well. Ninety one mega companies just spoke out in unison about how these folks are essential to their businesses. Do you think that Microsoft, Apple, Amazon and others are all full of hot air on this issue. It is pretty arrogant to suppose that California is somehow ignorant in wanting to encourage immigration.

          • Ron C

BS….they get paid under the table & send most of it to Mexico.

          • Juan Two Three

Glorybe2: FUK THEM!! America can survive quite nicely WITHOUT ILLEGAL ALIEN FUKS in this country! Get rid of these fuking leeches!

          • RobGA

The immigrants that Apple, Microsoft and Amazon want are highly skilled workers who SHOULD be the target audience of American immigration policy. However, the illegals that have poured into America seldom fit that “skilled” category. Visits to hospital waiting rooms, a Wal-Mart checkout lines, local schools or various blue-color companies tells the real story about the cost of illegals. The price and taxes on purchases made by illegals are frequently paid by state welfare vouchers (or cards), hospital emergency rooms are clogged by illegals whose bill will be picked up by the state or forgiven by the hospital (which passes the cost along to those with insurance), American schools pay millions of dollars in numerous special programs for the non-English speaking children of illegals, many states pick up the tab for children’s health services and food supplementation (including both illegal children and the children born to illegals), and many companies (like construction) LOVE illegals because these workers are paid under-the-table with no FICA or SSN deductions which shuts American citizens out of those companies. Nice try glorybe2, but the facts don’t support your claims. And NO ONE has a “right” to enter this country illegally.

          • Tallulah Cusati

RobGA, Great comment. Said it all.

          • Dolores Wieland

            Good post…

          • Merle Dickey

Most of them get paid by cash !!And few use banks . They don’t make enough for the pitiful small amount they might pay into SS. Watch where they congregate and all you will see is cash . Which some goes to Mexico . Mexico should be during pretty well with all the money sent down there for those people to spend . ! Too bad , I pity natural born Californians who have lived there for many years and have to put up with this filth !!!

          • dk1xley

and these illegals are getting away with this. DEPORT THEM!

          • Dolores Wieland

          • Firewagon

As one resident of the state replied, Kalifornication is run (down) by two cities, LA and SanFran. The “normal” people outside of those bastions of idiocy have only two options, comply with the idiocy legislated out of those slime barrels, or leave. Latest polls seem to indicate that the migration out of Kali has already begun.

          • Merle Dickey

probably most votes are from illegals !! That is what they pander too to win ! They don’t care about them . it is sad to see that state destroyed . Go to Disneyland after dark !! It is a scary place with thousands of south of the border kids running around with no supervision destroying things !!

          • Firewagon

Gotta wonder, with the Disney admission prices, how so many from “S of the border” afford such luxury? Hopefully, ‘this government’ will shut down the “free loaders” off of our government’s benevolence with our tax money!

          • Merle Dickey

We said the same thing . But they always seem to have a roll of cash no matter if they are at Disneyland or the state fair . Makes me curious where or how they get it .

It seems that California and New York state are competing for the title of which state can act the most foolish and dangerous to all the law abiding and lawful citizens of their respective state. Law doesn’t seem to matter too much to the states leadership, only their opinions, and the entertainment industries, carry any weight. The people of these states that do respect law and order are too few to matter at the voting booths so they are FORCED to live in these states of dillusional thinking or move. Moving is not always an option to all the people who want to live in a free state so they get stuck in the state of bondage.

          • pappy450

            bj veteran,
You are correct. AND the reason IS both States are run by “progressive/scumocrat/ communist/ liberals” We “northern” N.Y.ers (above the major cities) have NO say at all because all OUR “votes” are nullified by ” large POPULATIONS Of liberal city dwellers” so basically, we have NO “say” about much of anything in Government AND ARE forced TO JUST KEEP PAYING THOSE HIGH TAXES (THAT MOSTLY GO TO THOSE CITIES TO KEEP THEM HAPPY.)

SCUMOCRAT/RINO communist members of congress, and a officer of the Law with enough BALLS to actually to do the arresting and bring these crooks to justice. Seems that no one in power actually goes by the CONSTITUTION anymore ( their oath of office is a bunch of meaningless words,) and so-called “judges” are allowed to legislate and impose their “personal feelings” from the bench. (even the SCOTUS)
THINGS would change, IF and only IF these people were made examples of and arrested, tried, convicted and sent to prison. (BUT THAT as you and I BOTH know will never happen with the CORRUPT “government” we have in place now.) Too much “money” “control” and “power” involved that those responsible do NOT want to give up, and will fight tooth and nail to hold on to it.

I guess that itsy bitsy tip on Fla & Tx could be called a stripe….Wonder what happened to our thirteenth state????

If there’s actually a criminal warrant out on ’em, they’ll B turned over 2 authorities. The poor schulbs who R just here trying to live will B let go. I find that pretty sensible.

Mr. Mad, I’m all but certain U voted this past November, and I’m guessing on election day. I know U live in Cali. So, did U see undocumented folks, or those U suspect are undocumented, voting while U were at the polls? If three million voted illegally, you’d think you’d C it.

        • Dan

          You live in the barrio?

          • jimmy midnight

I might prefer not 2 say where I live. Why’s it relevant?

          • Dan

That is the point. You don’t see it widespread, it is consolidated into a few select areas where people won’t see or won’t care.

          • jimmy midnight

It that was going on, in such a tiny number of places it’d be easy 2 spot and report on. Haven’t seen any such reporting, have U?

If we can believe polls, 35-40% of (I have to ask, what R U thinking?) Latinos voted for Trump, anyway.

          • http://www.madashellboycott.com/ MAHB001

            Jimmy,

You do not see the reporting because the MEDIA does not report on it. It has happened, it has been documented.

Remember Elite Democrats = Elite Republicans = Elite MEDIA = Communist here in CA.

          • Juan Two Three

It’s simple to me..if they came here LEGALLY have have the proper paper work, citizenships, they can stay, no problem. But, if they are here ILLEGALLY, get rid of them! If their anchor baby’s were born here, they have a choice, stay here or back your blankets and go back with your mommy and daddy from wherever they came from!! Just get the ruk out of the United States if you came here ILLEGALLY!

          • http://www.madashellboycott.com/ MAHB001

            Jimmy,

This is what is happening. Illegals can get a drivers license here in CA. By law every drivers license application has a voter registration section on it. With the illegal ones it says that you should not register, so the Illegals don’t. They get their DL and go on with life.

As soon as the Illegal leaves the building with his new DL, a Democrat operative gets his/her name and can marry that name with a fake address, and a SSN. The Illegals has no idea that they have registered, and probably never will. Now all that Democrat operative has to do is fill in the vote card and get it to a polling location. Or they can use the mail in ballot system.

The Dems here in this state have even passed a law that says any illegal that is caught “mistakenly” registering to vote will not be prosecuted….

There is boat loads of proof that this is happening, but those that know can not disclose it because they are looking at “Confidential” records of the Illegals.

It would not be a problem to cross check the voter registration registers with the illegal DL lists but that too is illegal, and nobody within the Elite Government has the will to do it. The same people that are doing it control the entire process.

Also note that it is illegal for the people at the polling locations to request ids. So just about anyone could walk into a polling location and say the are john smith and as long as john smith was registered, they would get a ballot.

As evidence that the elites that control CA are putting any law they want, CA just passed a 10 cent plastic bag tax. I have asked thousands of people if they voted for that law, and NOBODY has confessed to voting for it. Yet the law passed by a 52 to 48 margin…. If it is close nobody questions.

“It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”
            —-Joseph Stalin

          • chief1937

Don’t blame you would not want it be known in your position also. It really isn’t relevant but interesting.

          • Juan Two Three

Why?? Probably because you are a fuking ILLEGAL ALIEN too!

        • Mathew Molk

What. are you nuts? – Let a criminal go just because he has not yet been indicted?

          – Your reading comprehension shows you must have gone to school out there or are a snowflake that justs changes whatever to suit your twisted agenda but in any case it clearly states that the only they will be allowed to turn over a prisoner is if judge signs a court order requiring them to do so, warrant or no warrant. – Get out of the safe zone and go to a remedial reading class.

        • Jeanne Stotler

It’s been well known that there are people who vote in one state at the polls and in another state by absentee ballot, this goes for those who vote from the grave. Yet in 2018 and 2012 many votes from our service men/women were tossed, In 2006 I saw people signing up voters at Walmart and 7-11, how were they verified??

          • jimmy midnight

Wow, they’ve already tossed soldiers’ ballots from the 2018 election! It IS theoretically possible 2 vote in multiple states by absentee ballot, but does anyone actually do it? (Yeah, I know typo, too.)

tically to scrub folks from voter roles at the moment they expire, so it’s also theoretically possible 4 some one or ones to cast absentee ballots in dead peoples’ names. Again, the question then becomes, “Does anyone actually do it?”

When people are registered during registration drives, state laws govern the activity, and municipalities do the subsequent vetting.

        • http://www.madashellboycott.com/ MAHB001

Jimmy, you will never see the illegals voting. In fact, the illegals are no more aware that they are voting than my dead mother was aware that she voted….

It is the people counting the votes that matter…. A stack of Elite operatives do all the fraudulent voting.

The fact is, We the People have no idea who is counting the votes. But here in CA I can guarantee that they are Democrat Elites.

          • jimmy midnight

If you’d research this subject a little, you’d C who’s doing the counting. With a little concerted effort U may B able 2 become one of them.

The rest of what U have 2 say today is really quite paranoid. No one could really get away with that level of corruption.

          • http://www.madashellboycott.com/ MAHB001

The fish that I am frying right now is the MEDIA.

As for no one could really get away with that level of corruption…. Except in a Communist State…. One that has control of the MEDIA, and only one political party….

I am not paranoid… The most cleaver and evil thing the devil ever did was to convince people that he did not exist….

I also firmly believe that the voter rigging was being done nation wide, and the only reason it was stopped was because of the timing of the disclosures of Project Veritas.

          • jimmy midnight

So, let’s return 2 my first question, and stipulate that U didn’t C any suspected undocumented people voting last fall.

I understand that U BELIEVE there was enormous fraudulent voting going on, and non-existent votes being counted. Down through the ages, us poor humans have BELIEVED many things that have turned out 2 B false.

I’m something like 95% confident that, if widespread, determinative-level fraud was going on, it would’ve come 2 light by now.

Now, there have been false flag operations, through which we’ve been manipulated from time 2 time, but not every sensational event has that going on. Many times, some mentally deranged individual just “loses it” in a very destructive and violent way.

In a Communist country, national government would actually own and control media on a day2day basis. We’re not there yet, far from it.

          • http://www.madashellboycott.com/ MAHB001

You are correct, I did not see with my own eyes the voter fraud that I suspect has happened.

And again correct in that down through the ages us poor humans have BELIEVED many things that have turned out 2 B false..

But, we have also believed in just as many things that have turned out to be TRUE….

I am not chicken little crying that the sky is falling. I put a lot of thought into what I say, and actually research before I bloviate.

I believed that 0bama and the liberals were lying about 0bamacare, I was correct.
I believed that Hillary was lying to us about Benghazi, I was correct.

I am also correct in that a VAST majority of the MEDIA outlets have voluntarily given up their right to free speech in order to push a liberal progressive ideology. There should be no doubt in your mind that the MEDIA is biased. And the control of the MEDIA is essential in a Communist State.

CA is a single party state, controlled by liberal progressive communist. And I pray that you are correct in saying that the rest of the country is not there yet, but I warn you, you are not far from it.

          • jimmy midnight

I think mainstream reporters try pretty hard 2 get at just the facts, but know that there R places they really can’t go, and thus make omission the number one censorship form.

They make an effort 2 B unbiased, but humans aren’t actually capable of that. In the USA, even the most dishonest of lairs retain free-speech rights, because there’s always a problem about who decides who’s lying.

The sooner, and closer, the rest of US gets to resembling Cali, the happier I’ll B. I know U check facts and choose words carefully. So do I.

The fact that some judges R, and likelyns always will B, corrupt, doesn’t constitute proof that the whole system is so worthless and rotten that it’s incapable of a correct verdict.

When I saw the “pa” in your link, I started guessing it was about that Pennsylvania case in which judges were receiving substantial kickbacks 4 sentencing kids 2 certain juvenile facilities.

I’m not gonna watch videos, which R inherently manipulative. Send me a transcript.

          • esquire2

Negative … The site’ is mine, and is abut criminal misconduct in PA & Mass. courts where audio records of court hearings are “EDITED” by members of the court staff, and with the knowledge and consent of “JUDGES”!
            Next, read Title18 U.S.C. section 4.
Based on their Oaths of Office, ALL judges, including Andrew Napolitano are CRIMINALS!
Sorry to implode your earnest belief in the integrity of the judicial process, BUT unless integrity is RESTORED to the courts, America will be a DISHONEST Nation, unworthy of the respect of the rest of the World.

btw, my client and I FILED to IMPEACH “MIchael T. Conahan”, one of the “Kids for Cash” judges (in Luzerne County) that is now serving a LONG sentence in federal prison. FYI, there is MUCH MORE to that case that has been “swept under the rug”.
Too many bigwigs would be “brought down”..
Watch the videos, ”Zed” McClarnen, the man who made them, has been “sentenced to a psychiatric facility … many of us believe he will NEVER emerge, NOT BECAUSE HE’s crazy, etc., but because he KEEPS ON Swinging, Zed has (had) a website “MASS. OUTRAGE”. WHERE HE PROVED THAT MASSACHUSETTS COURTS WERE ALTERING COURT RECORDS.
Check it out … IT AIn’t Pennsylvania …

I don’t think there is anyone who would not be willing to “share a foxhole” with Zed. Pray for Him! Watch his videos … “Deconstructing America”! total 16 min.

          • jimmy midnight

At your insistence, and because U mentioned that they were mercifully sI’mhort, I did watch those vids.and found that when APPALLING CORRUPTION stories R repeated without respite, it only diminishes their shock value.

Some kind of context, in which the total amount of this state-sponsored kidnapping racket, and the identity of the federal programs that bring the indispencable element, money, 2 bear on the situation, might begin 2 B convincing. Remember that you’re trying 2 show that the entire American judiciary is irreparable. And beyond help.

(And, in a nation of three hundred some odd million people, there actually will be cases in which kids really do need 2 B removed from home situations–because they’re in immediate serious physical danger.)

As for foxholes, I’m a war resister, and convinced that it’s avoidable in our human future. So I don’t wanna B in 1 with anybody.

As I read your post with care, I notice that sharing is only valid if it’s something of “value.” As I guess we both know, the ultimate arbiter of “value” must B U!

          • esquire2

You may be correct, but ACORN registered many “illegals” to vote, so your statement is not EXACTLY correct.
but You are correct … elections are WON by the candidate who receives
            the MOST “COUNTED” Votes.

an unmentioned problem … absentee ballots! Fuel for Voter Fraud.

The solution to the problem? Video cameras in EVERY Polling district! Begin in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) Ohio.
If 9,842 voters enter the district office, and the machines count 12,491 votes …
            WE HAVE VOTER FRAUD!

Oh boo hoo Kevin de Leon. What gives you and or your family and other lawbreakers special privileges? You should have your butt kicked. If ANYONE needs to get false papers/documents because they came here ILLEGALLY then they indeed need to be deported. If you came into the U.S. ILLEGALLY then you have NO RIGHTS as a citizen because you ARE NOT a CITIZEN. You are subject to OUR laws and regulations. We do not live by the laws and regulations and customs, etc that you bring with you! If you want to keep them then go back to the country you came from. Simple. Otherwise go through the correct channels legally to become a real citizen and don’t try to “buck the line” of those who take the necessary steps/procedures ahead of you. Your actions along with many others who follow your example are, frankly, DESPICABLE!

You can say that again! It must be a genetic disorder. Surely he couldn’t have been dropped on his head unless he was so slick at birth. Could there be other explanations?

      • sandralisella

most liberal democrats are stupid even though they think they are above the law and intelligent this man needs to be removed from office and any legal action necessary should be taken against him

        • Roswell Evans

But the law isn’t equal, he’ll get away with it, especially in California. However, this should have consequences because it is a national problem.

        • Lillyhammer Lip

A brain transplant comes to mind.

      • chief1937

Maybe from deportation but definitely not from prosecution. What is the hold up he admitted his guilt why is he not gone?

  • junkmailbin

a clear admission of violating his oath of office. liberals do not care or honor any oath

    • real talk 1

      That’s for certain !!

    • Katie Jones

That is because they keep getting by with it. You want to fix this problem then impeach or prosecute Obama for he is a known traitor and imposter for his birth certificate has been found in Kenya!!!!

  • Rick D.

If I’m following the liberal’s way of thinking it probably goes something like this: “Just because they’re not here legally doesn’t mean that they would lie about whether they are a US citizen when they go to the voting precinct”. Riiiight!! Of course they wouldn’t lie just to vote, would they? Heaven forbid!! LMAO!!

  • APB

Well lets see this demorat can be prosecuted and removed from office for violating his oath of office to defend and support the constitution of the USA and all laws of the USA and state of California.
He needs to be an example and US DOJ needs to begin an intensive view and prosecution of this and many like him.
Then when convicted he goes to jail for 20 yrs.
Then go after each and every poltician and judge and CEO who supports illegals.

    • Chris Soria

      Well said APB!

    • Michael Dennewitz

My ancestors were NATIVE cherokee indians. Ha! They were here legally AND STILL GOT KILLED! Go figure.. 😣😢

      • Mathew Molk

I know, It wasn’t right at all, but done is done and there is NOTHING that can be done to make it right,,,,But just because of the gross wrong done in the past doesn’t mean we can’t do the right thing now. – We need no new laws either. Just enforce what is on the books now.

And again. The things that were done to the indians were a balls out sin.

    • Roswell Evans

Especially if your a judge. You are supposed to enforce the law. Hey, wait a minute, isn’t that what this “Trust Official” didn’t do.

  • Jim C

What we need is a proposition to stop this garbage!

    • ABO

What we need is someone who is willing to enforce the law that is already in place. Of course that will be nearly impossible to accomplish in Californication.

      • Jim C

Agreed! So a question. If what these law makers are doing is illegal why has someone not charged them for their crimes? I thought when public officials get sworn in the agree to follow all US laws.

        • ABO

Absolutely correct, Jim C. The oath of office has become a joke among democrats (and some RINOs) as it is openly ignored by their top party officials as it was by the former POTUS, B H Obama. They are clearly not in the least interested in the idea of a government “of the people, by the people and for the people”, and should be removed from office when they fail to follow their oath of office.

          • Jim C

So is there any person or group who is going to address this? Will the new attorney general?
I also don’t understand how these state are able to pass law legalizing marijuana when it’s against federal law…This country has gone to pot LOL

          • ABO

I hope our new AG will address the issue but the Dems of course will do everything they can to stand in the way of it. All we can do is keep the pressure on our Reps and Senators and hope for the best.

        • ABO

Good question Jim, I have no clue as to why no one has been willing to enforce the law other than that for the last eight years we have been under the influence of a completely lawless President and our Congress has been entirely unwilling to stand up to him. Pretty scary when you think about it.

  • dog lover

President Trump PLEASE start the deportation of illegals.

    • Mathew Molk

Let him stop the terrorists coming in first first. — Hey I got an Idea though. If we can’s stop them from coming in let’s send them all to the west cost so they can kill off the illegals and deviants out there.

  • Ann roses

you would think congressman de leon would help his ilegal relatives acquire legal papers!

  • mlmaston

Then DeLeon and half of his family are in blatant violation of the law. Am I supposed to feel sorry for him? I Don’t Think So!!!

  • Deplorable wizard

So if, as the left says they’re only guilty of wanting a better life, why don’t they make that better life at home. Guilty of crossing the border in mexico, jailed. Guilty of crossing the the border illegally in most countries in fact jail, some countries death. This country you get: free housing, food, medical, education, and politicians in your pocket.

    • Deplorable Lanie

Exactly, in Canada you get deported not free room and board!

      • mike

Not anymore. Canada is ready to adopt Sharia.

        • Roswell Evans

They had announced ,they were accepting refugees. Not long after, they had terrorist attack.

  • Deplorable Lanie

I do not feel sorry for anyone who came to this country illegally! They are taking benefits that do not belong to them. Why didn’t he sponsor his family and bring them in the right way? I am sick and tired of politicians breaking the law and getting away with it! So President Trump, please deport the illegals that have committed crimes – which is every single one of them! What says we have to support these people?

  • jimof ct

At least this democrat acknowledges that he seeks to authorize the approval of illegal actions to support persons who are committing illegal actions by requiring law enforcement officials to commit illegal action..

  • neoface

I hate the PC “undocumented”, NO, they are illegals and broke the law being here without being invited.
Go home and make your country great again, don’t try to mess up our country!!!

  • retired4ever

Hmmmmmmmmmmm so he and his family flaunt the law. Does that mean if I decide I don’t like the law that requires me to pay state taxes I don’t have to and the state won’t do anything about it? If everyone else can be selective about the laws they abide by then why can’t I???????????????
Soon CA the revenue producers will be moving out of and the illegals can pick up the cost of the hand out gov’t.

  • disqus_Wvtwd61HdI

I hate to tell you. Falsifying Federal data is illegal and if you know it you are a contributor to their crime. You must resign or be impeached from your elected position. Being Spanish speaking is not a get out of jail free card. Your political day’s are over.

  • AmericanIcon

So here we have an elected official – who doesn’t take his seat until after taking an oath to support the Constitution – bragging about his disdain for it and the laws created under it? Time to lock him and his (legal) family members up and deport the illegal half…permanently. He’s free to join them when his sentence is served.

  • ernldo

Well then, now it should be easy for law enforcement to find, arrest and DEPORT the wetback criminals!

  • Thomjeff

This is also an admission by a state senator that there’s positive and unequivocally and definitive proof that the illegal aliens voted. If they obtain all these illegal documents as he admits, you would be an idiot to think otherwise .

  • Patriot47

“We had to continue breaking the law because we broke the law.”
More proof of irredeemable stuck on stupid.

  • real talk 1

If the Government know all this then why is it still happening why do America continue to let this go on . Most America don’t give a damned about California and wish we could be rid of them for good !!

The problem is that the democrats/leftists CANNOT READ and even if they could they would rather not. After all they they consider themselves smarter than anyone else. Who needs to read all that lengthy “stuff” from the constitution/laws/regulations? They can “wing it” and do as they damn well want as they perceive themselves as geniuses. (SARCASM)

Delores look at this by Thomas Jefferson and he hit the nail on the head the Judiciary has now endangered our Republic.

        29.7 Undermining Republican Government

“At the establishment of our Constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to
be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon
showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the
means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that
their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by
the public at large; that these decisions nevertheless become law by precedent, sapping by
little and little the foundations of the Constitution and working its change by
construction before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been
busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for
life if secured against all liability to account.” –Thomas Jefferson to A. Coray,
        1823. ME 15:486

“This member of the government… has proved that the power of declaring what the
law is, ad libitum, by sapping and mining, slyly, and without alarm, the
foundations of the Constitution, can do what open force would not dare to attempt.”
–Thomas Jefferson to Edward Livingston, 1825. ME 16:114

“I do not charge the judges with wilful and ill-intentioned error; but honest
error must be arrested where its toleration leads to public ruin. As for the safety of
society, we commit honest maniacs to Bedlam; so judges should be withdrawn from their
bench whose erroneous biases are leading us to dissolution. It may, indeed, injure them in
fame or in fortune; but it saves the republic, which is the first and supreme law.”
–Thomas Jefferson: Autobiography, 1821. ME 1:122

“If, indeed, a judge goes against the law so grossly, so palpably, as no imputable
degree of folly can account for, and nothing but corruption, malice or wilful wrong can
explain, and especially if circumstances prove such motives, he may be punished for the
corruption, the malice, the wilful wrong; but not for the error: nor is he liable to
action by the party grieved. And our form of government constituting its respective
functionaries judges of the law which is to guide their decisions, places all within the
same reason, under the safeguard of the same rule.” –Thomas Jefferson: Batture at
        New Orleans, 1812. ME 18:130

“One single object… [will merit] the endless gratitude of society: that of
restraining the judges from usurping legislation. And with no body of men is this
restraint more wanting than with the judges of what is commonly called our General
Government, but what I call our foreign department.” –Thomas Jefferson to Edward
        Livingston, 1825. ME 16:113

  • jgfsmf

Unbelievable! I guess he’s a criminal right along with half his family because he knows they are here illegally and he’s not doing anything to fix it. Deport him too.

  • Jim Smith

Rule of Law is a farce. Rule By Judges is the law.

  • Katie Jones

California needs to replace that legislature before they do way to much damage to that state! Trust me these people will kill anyone esp. Hispanics. What they do in Mexico they will do up here!!!

  • Katie Jones

They keep getting by with cheating the system however Obama did much worse and no one is doing a thing about it. Obama is a traitor and an impostor for his birth certificate has been found in Kenya.

  • Dave Heidi Stevenson

This says it all! When we have a Senator representing one of our states that has illegal family members living in this country. A perfect example of the corruption from within! So he is harboring illegals, family members or not, this is criminal! I’d bet they are sucking up taxpayer money also. The law is the law and it needs to start being enforced!!!! Illegals are illegals!!!!

  • Allan Zaug

Need to vote this guy out of office, and deport his family.

  • disqus_Wvtwd61HdI

    Self incrimination. Going to jail.

  • john

So, if half of his family is here in the U.S. illegally as he admitted then they should all be deported ASAP.

  • Morton99

So far the security dangers of illegal immigration are in the court of fear mongering. There are virtually no instances of non Americans committing terrorist acts within the nation, and simply no evidence that this is likely to change any time soon.

On the economic front, illegal immigration is actually in massive decline – a phenomenon that is more likely to incentivize US corporations to relocate overseas where labor is cheaper – than anything else.

  • John

Put him in jail for aiding and abetting illegals!

  • Richard Daugherty

We have some people who need jail time. We have many in Congress who are traitors and need jail time. They are Soros lackeys. This cocky fellow here needs to go straight to jail! Illegals need deported. We are a nation of laws. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!

  • JC

That breaking the law. The law enforcement in California are as corrupted as the politicians. The schools are teaching the kids socialism and communism and the students have no rights in schools. This type of racist thinking and practices must be stop with federal school funding and or closed the schools for criminal administrative behavior.

  • draftinging

Half of his family has broken the law, he has broken the law: therefore deport half the family, right now. Send him to jail, right now. Lastly, we don’t owe them anything, no excuses are except. Those that enter the U.S. are criminals, and should be treated accordingly. That’s what immigration law’s are all about, it goes without saying every other countries vetta people they are allowing into there country. I am going to say again…WE DON’T OWE THEM ANYTHING.

  • Jmanjo

When was it ever considered ok for a criminal to hold elective office? Harboring a known criminal makes you a criminal too. Lock them all up and let’s make this a decent place to live again! California is a scary place to live and people wonder why the president thinks the votes in California were fraudulent! Duh!

  • Nina Ferguson

Well, as ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, are her are ILLEGAL, why would the President Pro-Temp of the California not want to obey the law. Are they also ILLEGAL, as in did they have someone they helped get a green card, a fake Drivers License, etc., if they have done these things, they are CRIMINALS.

  • barnjoer

Then I suggest they start packing their bags bye-bye

  • Deborah G

he is in violation of federal law, knowing a crime is being commited and NOT reporting said crime to the feds.he should be taken down, arrested and never allowed to run for any office again. Imagine a Republican stating this and not having that shrew Maxine Waters screaming her racist head off?

  • tjke

HIs family should be sent back to his native country and he should be stripped of his post and impeach for harboring illegals

    • DonMann

That should happen, but in CA he’ll be rewarded with praises and votes from the other la raza family members..

  • Paul Marsh

And this sorry piece of garbage is collecting tax payers money while bragging he is breaking the law. Put him in prison today. Better yet deport all of them

  • SouthernPatriot

All the Democrat programs encourage illegal felon invaders because they see these illegals as their voting block to help elect them to office for generations to come. Microsoft, Amazon, and Starbucks all convinced the Democrat governor and AG of Washington that their need for Syrian programmers, labor, and coffee servers was so dire that their businesses would suffer under Trump’s moratorium on immigrants from 7 countries for 90 days. They could not get through 90 days without Muslim workers. That is insanity among Democrat run business and Democrat-led government

  • kk1949

I wonder if his illegal family voted in the last election? When will anyone realize that ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL. Instead of trying to beat the system, we need a better system system.

  • Vivi

The stupid people who elected him are illegal too and don’t deserve to be here.Deport all of them.disgusting.

    • DonMann

CA is now 50% Mexican, with the most illegals!! Plus add in the liberals and the la raza infiltrators and you have the votes..

  • Robert

Deport the illegals, jail the scumball spitting in our faces and breaking the laws of this country in front of us, daring us to enforce them. Time to be rid of these parasites! The only way they are being elected is by ILLEGALS (Bet the ILLEGAL half of his family voted! ILLEGALLY!)

  • 3ronald1

We are a nation of laws! Is he saying that HE is also here illegally and managed to be appointed a senator? Look – if you run a red light, you broke the law and will get a ticket or worse. If you go into a secured area, there are consequences for your action. For instance, you cannot just walk into a bank vault and help yourself to the money that is there. That is what these people are doing.
Get your family through the process to become legal residents of this country, or send them home.
I used to sympathize with these people but no longer! Follow our laws or get out!

  • Kevin Lorka

If just one illegal slips thru the system and ends up blowing up a Transgender Nightclub on Chaz Bono Bobble head Night with Richard Simmons leading the dancing, the liberal left would be furious!!!

  • dux nobis28

When is the rule of law going to return to our nation? all illegals by thier very prescence on American soil are criminals and should be deported immediately !

  • Letterman007

Time for De Leon to pay the price and go to jail and have the illegals deported! You can’t blatantly disobey the law and think because your in state government get away with it. That may be how these idiots in Californication think they can, but it’s time to pay the pauper!!

  • Linda Abernathy

Never ceases to amaze me how everyday its something else. While Trump is draining the swamp he needs to drain the sanctuary cities as well and possibly the whole state of California,

  • Bogart1950

I think he (de leon) just admitted to 5-8 years in jail .. he needs to be thrown out of his seat.. hauled off in a Police car (use American-Mexican police so there is no Racist remarks made) to a jail and let him make his phone call..

    • Michael Dennewitz

Nothing, NOTHING surprizes me any more. Three years ago this fine government took my disability away from me, and about a year ago they started taking 1/3 of my social security. These poor refugees really needed my money! 😣😠

      • Dolores Wieland

How did that happen???? Do you owe child support???

        • Michael Dennewitz

Nope! The venezuelan I WAS married to attached her lil girl to my “benefits,” and once I found out and reported her, my fine government told me she had gotten over $16,000.00 in benefits, and that I am responsible, therefore I HAVE TO PAY IT BACK!! 😣😠😯

          • Dolores Wieland

So wrong. I have an acquaintance who is on disability from the Army or Navy. They took most of his disability to pay for child support in another state. He slept in my friend’s back yard for a while because he got thrown out of his housing. They took 60%..Looks like our legal system really stinks….

          • Michael Dennewitz

Dolores…. We the weaker ones serve no purpose any more. I’m a Vietnam vet, and my fine gvmt treats most of us like crap. I get $940. a month now on SS and my rent is $950.. Thank God for roommates, or I wouldn’t make it.. 😣

          • Dolores Wieland

Firstly…thank you for your service to our country..The Vietnam vets have been the most mistreated that I know of..Have you checked into Section 8 housing?? I have a friend in Kalifornia who pays under $400 (all utilities) included for a 1 BR, patio apartment. Goes to PX for food…He says it is really nice especially when those around him pay $3000 a month for a 1BR apartment…

    • Dolores Wieland

      Fine is 10 year sentence…..per law….

      • Bogart1950

I Gracefully stand corrected.. he gets 10.. :-)

        • Dolores Wieland

No problem….I just want them to get the maximum…,.I would add a few years to the 10.

  • tax man

Time to man up and take care of this illegal alien problem once and for all. Allow them all to return home and apply to come here legally – if they choose to remain here committing their multiple crimes, then when we catch them we arrest them, charge them with all the crimes, retain enough of their assets in the US to cover the legal costs/fines/penalties, and then deport them permanently, never allowed to enter the US ever again for any reason!

These people are merely common criminals with no respect for our laws, customs and way of life. We do not need any of them, they need us, and if they want to be a US resident they need to do it legally.

  • Tired…

It is time to ask ourselves a simple question: If illegal immigrants can ignore the law, then why shouldn’t the rest of us? Want to do 90 mph in a school zone…go ahead…the law doesn’t matter. Upset that your neighbor’s house is too close to yours, burn it down. Don’t have the money to pay for the car you want, steal it. Can’t find a willing sex partner, find someone to rape. After all, according to people like de Leon, the law doesn’t matter when it gets in the way of what you want. While I can understand his distress and the motivation of people from other countries who come here illegally, the bottom line is that his family made choices and it is time that they face the consequence of those choices.

    • Morton99

Do me a favor. There are tons of laws that are ignored because they are stupid. Take for example the law that women who wear skirts above the knee can be arrested for immorality in public, (vlid in several mid western states) or shooting rabbits from public transport -(still valid in NYC). Americans are not automatons. Whe a law is frivolous, or prejudicial – we tend to become guilty of civil disobedience. The current issue of trying to create a Muslim ban and jump through hoops top pretend that they are not – ,is one such law that will be ignored by many patriotic Americans until the judiciary puts limits on this President’s arrogance.

      • Tired…

Morton, protecting our borders is foundational to our national security and everyone who understands human nature knows it: your short skirt analogy is comparing apples to oranges. It is not unreasonable for a nation to determine who can enter the country and who cannot; if you doubt me, look at how nations around the world manage their borders. While I understand why people want to come here, they need to do it legally. I have no doubt that we can improve the process, but in the past the government has promised that if we just allow amnesty, then they will control the border..it hasn’t happened. Now it is time to secure the border and then talk about how to deal with those who are here illegally.

The much ballyhooed “Muslim Ban” is such a ridiculous lie that it would be laughable if so many people didn’t believe that it was true. If it were a Muslim ban, then Trump would ban immigrants from all Muslim countries, not just those with ties to terrorism. Strangely, the ban only mentions seven countries; however according to https://nosharia.wordpress.com/list-of-muslim-majority-countries-with-sectstategovernment/ there are 47 Muslim majority countries in the world. I am sorry, but that doesn’t sound like a “Muslim Ban” to me.

And for the record, I don’t consider taking 90 days to make sure that we are properly vetting immigrants an act of arrogance; I consider it a reasonable, time-limited measure designed to evaluate our processes.

        • Morton99

A wall sends a terrible message to the rest of the world. It is very expensive, cannot cross mountain ranges – lakes or rivers – but worse you can put a ladder up in 5 seconds and drop ,over it when the patrol passes, or spend more time and tunnel under it. And in fact all you really need to do is buy a discount air ticket Tijuana for $45 and enter LAX as a tourist and never leave.

The real solution to disincentivizing Mexicans from coming here for work is to punish their employers … but oh no … the biggest employers are corporate farms, slaughter houses , and building contractors who make large contributions to GOP election campaigns.

Finally, if you ever did succeed in cutting off the supply of cheap latino peasant labor – you would see US companies on steroids setting up shop across the border. Did I hear a penalty tax being imposed on the import of goods from ex US companies in Mexico ? Oh right – prices would go up and sales would go down. And companies would shrink even smaller.

Then there is the Muslim ban, a trial balloon of 7 nations none of whom have ever supplied a terrorist that operated in the USA. What gives ? Oh Saudi Arabia – the one that supplied the most – but then Trump owns 8 hotels in Saudi Arabia….

For 18 months he threatened a Muslim ban – those were his words. So his intent (which will be a part of the legal resolution) is riddled with half truths – to be polite. The public relations damage done to Muslims INTERNATIONALLY is massive. Read some of the foreign press for verification. We depend upon muslim translators, guides and soldiers to fight ISIS.

No, the sooner the Clown in Chief is drummed out of office – the better.. He is a sham conning the least educated Americans who really only want a decent job. It aint coming from him.

          • Tired…

Out of curiosity, what is the terrible message that enforcement of the border sends to the world? The idea of enforcement is to make illegal entry difficult; reasonable people do not believe that we can stop every illegal from crossing the border, but we can make doing so much less attractive, which in turn would decrease the pressure on social services and other infrastructure. I have no problem going after the employers of illegals as part of a comprehensive immigration plan.

Sorry, but the trial balloon thing is too conspiratorial for me. If the 90 day ban does indeed turn out to be a precursor of a total ban, then I will stand against it; until then I will allow him the opportunity to prove himself. He is not a career politician, so his approach is crass and often poorly worded, but a brief hold to allow a review of the vetting process has been his focus, not a total ban in perpetuity. Since I am not privy to the daily intelligence briefings, I cannot say if the proper countries were targeted or not, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

The damage done to America’s public image lies primarily at the feet of the media and those who deliberately mischaracterize the temporary ban for their own purposes. Regarding the foreign press, their coverage is largely shaped by their perception, not reality, although it is clear that the harm done by the American left has indeed been great.

          • Morton99

Do me a favor. For 18 months Trump railed against Muslims. He has selected ,white nationalist extremists ,( Bannon and Gorka) and Islamophobes (Flynn) as his advisors. What on earth do you expect them to think ?

          • Tired…

I expect them to use their heads to think rather than listen to stereotyping.

          • Morton99

I think you are out of luck. If the Trump team has any smarts they seem to have lost them somewhere between Trump Tower and the midwest.
            .

          • Tired…

It appears that we are talking past each other…my comment was directed at the foreign media.

          • Morton99

            You can’t be serious !

          • Tired…

Anyone who believes that the demonstrators represent working Americans, that enforcing our borders is racist, or that a 90 day ban on 7 countries represents a Muslim ban should not be surprised when their views are taken with a grain of salt.

          • Morton99

Perhaps. They represent that and irrational fear – caused by fear mongering. As the most militarized nation on earth any kind of pugilistic rhetoric – which Trump is very fond of – is threatening globally. After all we are the ONLY nation that has actually killed hundreds of thousands of civilians with atomic bombs.

          • Tired…

Fear mongering has been used by both sides; right now Schumer and company have been beating that drum incessantly.

Come on, not the old “we used the atomic bomb” silliness. I cannot imagine how difficult it must have been for Truman, a Democrat I might add, to have to choose between the horrible options before him. The military estimed one million U.S. and Japanese casualties if Japan was invaded. Women and children were sharpening sticks to use against our soldiers if they came ashore: How well do you think that would have turned out? In reality we won and rebuilt our enemies; in contrast Russia dropped the iron curtain.

          • Morton99

Nothing will ever forgive that inhumane decision. Of course the world shuts its mouth because until Trump arrived we were pretty assuredly the most powerful guy on the block. But now with Trumpery and isolationism – I can see the end of the Pax Americana. All Empires fail eventually and it looks like it will be Trump’s mission to,end ours.

          • Tired…

A horrible catch-22 during a world war that ultimately saved hundreds of thousands of lives is inhumane? It was an aweful time to be President; Truman did the best he could. Inhuman is murdering 6 million Jews, or millions of White Russians. As far as a mission to end the country is concerned, Obama has taken us to a brink from which we may not return. I think that you will find that isolationism is not in Trump’s gameplan, but only time will tell.

          • Morton99

It was not the only choice. It was the easiest and it also was intended to make a global statement about American dominance. You have to question the explanations which were provided to reassure the American public – that is if you are a true patriot. I could not disagree with you more about Obama. He left this nation in FAR better shape than his first day in office. Better I would say than any president since Eisenhower.

          • Tired…

I would like to hear your solution to Truman’s dilemma.

Although it is entirely human to do so, it is interesting that we judge the past through the lens of the present; we have to account for that variance if we want to truly understand what occurred. America was dominant following WWII and while we were far from perfect, we handled the victory better than the Russians.

We are just going to have to disagree on Obama. More than any other President, he had the opportunity to bridge the racial divide, yet he left office with race relations at its lowest point since the 1960’s.

          • Morton99

I would have to disagree with the implication you make that Obama was responsible for a downturn in race relations.
Firstly I would vehemently deny that opinion. Race relations between the police and the black community, for example, is – if anything on a better track than ever before. What you and many conservatives are trying to do is to conflate the public outrage with police brutality with an increase in polarization. They tried that in Martin Luther Kin’g’s day as well – and as we know – failed.
What you are witnessing is a revolution in communication – massive amounts of cell phone video evidence giving visceral contradiction to much police testimony. It has also shown in a very uncomfortable light just how slanted the judicial and legal system is in favor of policing and the suppression of real oversight into their operations. It has also highlighted the police organizations that do an excellent job in community relations so it is a two way street.
Now what has Obama got to do with it ? Apart from sucking racial prejudice out into the open – really very little. His stance has always been to try and present what is right and what is wrong as an American president – not a Black president.
It was obviously very hard for many sections of white American culture to accept a black head of the Justice Department, a black UN ambassador, and a black president. They felt that their world was turning upside down – the Birthers, the Alt Right and so on, and they were loud, , obnoxious and intent on stirring up trouble. This last election gave them some satisfaction and revenge – in electing the Chief Birther as president.

Regarding Truman. It is easy to lay out his options with hindsight so I would avoid indicting his morality as the cause of such an inhumane and pragmatic decision; he was a politician with only one third of the power of the system – and his third was heavily slanted toward military planners and what the Congress would support. But it is well documented that in parallel to the war effort was a race between Russia and the US to be the first to develop an atomic bomb. How absolutely irresistible it must have been for the Pentagon to demonstrate that prize – and how naive to imagine that that demonstration would halt the nuclear race.

          • Tired…

Morton, I was speaking of race relations in general, but can you recall a time when there were more police assassinations than during Obama’s tenure? Police officers have always been killed when confronting criminals, but generally they have not been assassinated while sitting in their cruisers or drawn into an ambush because of race. The string of highly publicized police shootings have caused police departments to review how they handle the use of deadly force, which needed to happen, but that is to the credit of the local police departments…Obama had nothing to do with it. Instead, when he had the opportunity to use those shootings to promote positive change, he chose to undermine the police, often passing judgment before the facts were known. He didn’t urge restraint until all of the evidence was in; instead, he fanned the flames. You say “Race relations between the police and the black community, for example, is – if anything on a better track than ever before” but that is not the experience of the police officers that I know nor is it consistent with my observations. Their current experience does not reflect what you describe and even at the time they were angry at Obama’s reactions because he made their job even more dangerous. What Obama and other liberals are trying to do is conflate legitimate defensive shootings with criminal police shootings in an effort to polarize the country.

I do agree that cell phone evidence can be helpful, but it has its limits. For example, recording often does not begin until the confrontation is already underway and often misses important details, particularly when the officers and suspects are physically engaged. To avoid cell phone bias, I am all for the use of body cameras to help protect both the officers and the public. We all know that there are some very bad police officers out there, but there are far more good ones. Let’s get rid of the bad and protect the good.

As far as the race of the President and his administration, you will always find some people who are offended by skin color, but far more were offended by his policies and lack of integrity. Calling those who opposed Obama ‘racists’ was an effort to smear the majority of a group with the lunacy of a minority…and yes, both sides engage in such behavior. However, I can recall a few decades ago when liberals vehemently argued against stereotyping; now they use it at every opportunity. Disagree with Obama’s policies, you are a racist. Disagree with the PC narrative of the Michael Brown shooting, you are a racist. Disagree with Hillary’s policies, you are a misogynist. Believe that we should make every effort to vet immigrants before they enter the country, you are Islamophobic.

Regarding Truman, it is unfair to judge his actions as inhuman without offering a better solution. As devastating and horrifying as Hiroshima and Nagasaki were, it was a war and cost/benefit calculations had to be made. The purpose of the military is to win wars and place a premium on the lives of the people on their side…that is the way war works. Did other factors influence the decision? Perhaps, but I suspect that if Truman was a human being the devastation of those attacks weighed heavily on him before during and after they occurred. Please do not trivialize it by making it sound like it was all about an arms race. But even if it was, isn’t it better to be the stronger, rather than the weaker contestant? As I mentioned before, Russia dropped an Iron Curtain over eastern Europe despite the fact that we had the atomic bomb. With this in mind, you have to ask yourself: What would they have done if they had a nuclear advantage?

By the way, Hillary was the chief “birther;” it was her camp that brought it up during the 2008 Democratic primary race. I don’t really care about the issue, but let’s at least be accurate. If you want to say that Hillary disavowed it later on, then you have to give Trump the same credit.

          • Morton99

            http://www.businessinsider.com/did-hillary-clinton-start-the-birther-movement-2016-9
And that is not the only reference to the lie you are peddling about Hillary Clinton and Birtherism.

Another is the myth of the increase of police deaths in the line of duty.
            It is insignificant
            http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/the-history-of-u-s-police-deaths-in-the-line-of-duty/

When you polish up your factual research we can continue – but I suspect that facts are not what you care to research – you have the ones you want to believe in.

          • Tired…

Perhaps I was too casual in my language, but if you look at what I actually said, you will find that your rebuttal is a bit off. Although others mentioned the issue of Obama’s birth place a few weeks prior to the email circulated by a Clinton supporter, the movement was fueled by that act and was not squashed by Clinton until after Obama won the nomination. I said that it was “her camp” that brought it up during the 2008 Democratic primary. Because she did not make a concerted effort to quickly and clearly disavow that claim until after she lost the primary, her silence lent tacit support to the idea: That is why I called her “the birther of the birther movement.” I do not, however, believe that she publicly espoused this position. My original point was simply this: Hillary publicly repudiated the claim after she conceded to Obama and Trump has since repudiated his earlier stance, so why not treat them the same? You accuse me of only accepting “the ones you want to believe in” but perhaps you should consider that the statement may apply to you. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/sep/23/donald-trump/hillary-clinton-obama-birther-fact-check/

Unfortunately it appears that you are conflating racially motivated police assassinations and police deaths in the line of duty, which are clearly not the same thing. This sets up a straw man which by definition fails to address the point that I made. What you describe as research is in reality nothing of the sort.

          • Morton99

Trump spent four years using the Birther lie to build support among poorly educated racists. He never apologized and his repudiation was a two second off hand kind of dismissive gesture meant to convey to his base that he didn’t really mean it anyway. It was appalling rudeness and there are many who will never forgive him for that and a thousand other insulting incidents toward handicapped people, women and even judges.

There are a handful of ‘murders of policemen that one might try and designate racially motivated. In fact since most of the assailants have been killed – who knows. In almost every case they were caused by ex soldiers who almost certainly exhibited signs of PTSD or other stress related triggers. The insinuation that there is some kind of movement of racially motivated police assassinations is a pathetic and dangerous form of fear mongering as some – not all police – are angry that their operational methods are being questioned – and political opportunists are trying to advance their own agendas.

We do have freedom of speech in this nation – and one can only hope that good and decent Americans hold that dear – and object strenuously to those who for political reasons try to use it to libel and slander others.

          • Tired…

I am not going to defend Trump’s crassness any more than I will defend Hillary’s dishonesty. Trump definitely has his faults, but it is the double standard that is disturbing.

Your assertion about police assassinations is inaccurate and it is unfortunate that you are willing to attribute it to veterans rather than present a more realistic perspective that also includes racists and other extremists because some of the assassins were both. You cannot separate the veteran from the extremist because they are the same individual and you cannot assume that just because they are veterans that they are suffering from PTSD. We all have stress, so unless they have PTSD, claiming stress is not a good defense for murder.

          • Morton99

Please note that my objection is very simple. Since the motivations are rarely proven – one must assume that to claim one is simply fear mongering.

          • Tired…

While there is some truth in what you say, there are some indicators, such as aligning oneself with a movement or multiple posts on social media over extended periods of time, that offer insight into an individual’s motivation.

          • Morton99

Do you also deny that Trump is the lowest polling president in HISTORY in his first 100 days?

          • Tired…

To be honest, I don’t care.

          • Morton99

You should be because that is an early indicator of his next term.

No, I really don’t have to care about the polls.

    • Michael Dennewitz

You watch…. he will never be touched. Fellow, crooked politicians will protect the asswipe! 😣😠

  • Phoebe Isley

This is getting CRAZY! This guy is too ignorant to be in a government job and has gone against his oath to serve and protect our Constitution and Laws. Is this what it has come down to as acceptable? NOT ANYMORE GO GET EM TRUMP. This is a total embarrassment and a slap in the face to WE THE PEOPLE. You who “sympathize” need to WAKE UP! Lord I am so thankful Trump is our President and please Mr. Trump stop this nonsense and blatant lack of respect for our laws. Time to be reliable and pay the piper so to speak.

    • Michael Dennewitz

Well sir, STOP and think about it! To begin with, one certain little halfbred velcro head NEVER DID prove anything! Fake SS card, FAKE birth certificate, FAKE EVERYTHING! And WE the sheeple sat on our dead asses and allowed that to happen. Now the little faggot bastard is sitting back, STILL IN OUR COUNTRY, and laughing his ass off at us! He amassed a fortune and made fools out of every damned one of us. And then has the brazen balls to buy his palace near the white house so he can stick around and rub OUR noses in it! What irks the shit out of me and a lot just like me is the fact that PRESIDENT TRUMP should be having him and benghazi bitch arrested and sent to Gitmo!😣

      • Phoebe Isley

I believe that Trump has every intention of doing “something” with those two Michael. Trump isn’t going to just let this slip through without some repercussion. He is a smart man and will make sure he is well prepared and well backed and at the right moment which I don’t see being too far away. Karma…ain’t it something? It does not shy away from anyone even our ex-President and ex-Secretary of State.

        • jimdaddy

          2 ex presidents

  • Anthony Manzo

He probably got elected because maybe half the voters in CA are illegal. Remember without CA hillary would not have had the majority.

  • PatriotParatrooper

Everyone who is pushing sanctuary cities and/or states, should be arrested and imprisoned for treason, for undermining the sovereignty and security of the US. And the president has the authority to do this, as one of his jobs , spelled out in the constitution is the security of our borders.

  • jimdarnall

He serms almost proud of the fact that family members are illegal. I guess it just fits the mentality of the whole state.

I have been a victim of identity theft. Someone in California, where I live, stole my SS number. It could have been one of Kevin DeLeon’s relatives. It was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life. I have no sympathy for these criminals!

  • Dan

So it is okay for someone to commit fraud and identity theft to pursue work as long as it a family member of an elected official.

    • Valor

No, just as long as it is a family member of a leading Demorat!!

  • Danny

How many of this rats family is illegally receiving social services assistance and voting. If CA doesn’t leave the US or falls into the Pacific, maybe law will be enforced and 75% of Californians will be deported. It is going broke due to it being a welfare state, too bad.

  • John Pace

Justin is dead on!!! Admission is what we needed!!! Arrest the criminals and put them behind bars after you make them help build the wall for free!!! Damn freeloading parasites!!!
    Johnny usa

  • Jim Smith

Mr. de Leon apparently another example of gross violation of laws, of aiding and abetting criminal actions and a failed, sworn promise to uphold the law. What American justice system? That of the alledged rapist William Clinton, the proven liar (according to the FBI head) Hillary and the Obama/Holder/Lynch DOJ? A Farce, except to the NYT, WaPO, CNN, CBS, etc.? Worry not, career politicians and bureaucrats will solve this right? Just watch their wealth levels.

  • joe katona

UR ILLEGALS WILL B DEPORTED OR SHOT FOR INVASION..AN ACT OF WAR !!

  • joe katona

I HOPE ST ANDREAS OPENS UP AND CALIFORNIA GOES OUT TO SEA..THEN MY NEVADA PROPERTY WILL HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW….PRICE GOES UP..!

    • tCotUS

Hey Joe…Put me down for three ocen front property lots… I’m on the fault line hopping up & down…
      & hoping for the best..

  • J.B.Jacobs

No wonder California is so screwed up on immigration policies. Someone nedds to check this guy out and see if he came here legally. If he didn’t deport him and the rest of his illegal family. We don’t want to break up a family, do we?

  • joe katona

IF U WANT A SANCTUARY STATE THEN WE BUILD A WALL AROUND IT…FEED UR PEOPLE FISH EVERY DAY…NO PRODUCE SHIPPED IN ! NO SHIPPING EITHER…HOW DO U LIKE UR PRISON NOW ????

  • Archie Cogollos

Blatant disrespect and disregard of the law…a giant screw you what are you gonna do about it…gonna be interesting to see how someone else anybody else will be held accountable….good luck people….again opinions will vary…mine is this is Bullshit…..

  • tCotUS

A financial report issued by State auditors finds that the state of California is in the red by an unsustainable $127.2 billion. Now they are about to lose $300 Billion Federal Aid for being a Sanctuary State. Their Tax-Payers will be forced to pick up slack….Many possibilities here folks..

  • AL

If it all right for them to KILL OVER 61,000,000 BABIES THAT DID NOTHING WRONG.. Then why can’t we kill all of those ILLEGALS

  • George E. LeFebvre

It sounds like this State Senator should be arrested for harboring fugitives. That explains a lot about Californian Politics, they elect anything without doing a background check. Look at who their politicians are, Pelousi, Boxer and their Governor. Nothing more needs to be said.

  • James Maxwell

Makes you wonder if he is not, in fact, an Illegal also? It is well known that Cali has allowed Criminal
INVADERS to run for and hold public office there. If he is, in fact, a United States citizen then he is
guilty of giving aid and comfort to Criminals who are invading our Nation and probably drawing
benefits that are stolen form Americans to profit the Criminals. He needs to be removed from office
and a serious examination of his families citizenship to determine if they need to be sent home or if
he is just another useless liberal who is lying again for political coverage and gain in a bastion of
corruption and liberalism. If you want to come to the United States then do so in a legal manner
and you will not have any problem, if you come here as a CRIMIAL and caught you will be deported
back to country of Origin on the next available plane.

  • Arnold Young

Yeah , and this dumb SOB still can’t see the problem? He is the problem!

  • JT1964

I always thought that you were to abstain from voting on issues where there was a clear “conflict of interest”.

  • Shelly Shannon

If Leon doesn’t get his s**t together he just might find himself in a serious situation by one of those illegal criminals. I think these officials should be removed from office and held criminaly responsible for any crime committed by an illegal.

  • don76550

    Deport these criminals

  • retired4ever

So our elected officials flaunt the law; let the family stay DEPORT him. What a bag of trash.

  • anAmericanByChoice

WOW! This guys needs to be incarcerated! What has America come to that public admission of criminal activity receives a pat in the back and a pass? Get this guy and the half of his family that are illegals and check things out – maybe he helped them get the fake documents, IDs, etc.

  • denniscerasoli

This guy said exactly what he shouldn’t have said and if he expects sympathy he is sadly mistaken. But then that is California, the state that wants to be a sanctuary state as well as leave the Union.Californians do not think like the rest of America or at least in most cases and it will destroy the democratic party. There is already talk of splitting the party because centrist democrats have shifted to the republicans in this last landslide election from the top down to dog catcher. It wasn’t just Trump that won it was a massacre in every area of government. This talk about illegal immigrants has pissed off the entire country and this foolish Senator acting as it they are some how being mistreated forgets as if it were nothing that these people climbed over fences when the guards turned their heads to receive benefits that they don’t deserve. He has made Trump’s case and it is closed and has put icing on the cake, build the wall.

  • LindainPA

The law provides the means for legal citizenship. Why are we not enforcing the laws already on the books? Why are we not requiring these ‘illegals’ to go through the legal process for citizenship rather than merely harboring them in their current status? THEN, if they refuse to become citizens through legal means, deport them. It just seems like such a simple solution.

    • Dolores Wieland

Why would you want to make criminals citizens????

  • Mike W

This dumb*ss should be arrested for aiding and abetting. He knows he has illegals with FALSE Social Security Numbers in his family – and he is in a government position? No need to ask why California is so screwed up!

  • Ken Wade

With all their false forms of IDENTIFICATION in California, there only needs to be a real recount in this one State to prove that President TRUMP is correct again and won the election by a landslide! Thank you Mr Leon for pointing this out to the World!

  • Dick

Kevin, your part of the problems we have in the US. You have relatives that are not citizens, shame on you. You should be relieved of your duties as a senator. You are a disgrace to America. PS: No pension either.

  • Jean Langford M.

THEN THAT HALF OF YOUR FAMILY SHOULD BE DEPORTED…”ILLEGAL” HESSA !!!

  • Beverly Taylor Mullins

California just needs to break off and float out to sea.

    • Mary Muennig

      lol–I don’t know about that!

  • David in MA

    Maybe he should read this:

    § § U.S. Attorneys » Resources » U.S. Attorneys’ Manual » Criminal Resource Manual » CRM 1500-1999 » Criminal Resource Manual 1901-1999

    1907. Title 8, U.S.C. 1324(a) Offense

    Title
8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to
aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic
transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring
unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to
enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and
abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits
bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States
in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry.
    Subsection 1324(a)(3).

Alien Smuggling — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(i) makes it an offense
for any person who — knowing that a person is an alien, to bring to or
attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such
person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other
than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien
has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside
in the United States and regardless of any future official action which
may be taken with respect to such alien.

Domestic Transporting — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) makes it an
offense for any person who — knowing or in reckless disregard of the
fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States
in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or
move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or
otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law.

Harboring — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for
any person who — knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an
alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation
of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to
conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place,
including any building or any means of transportation.

    Encouraging/Inducing — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an
offense for any person who — encourages or induces an alien to come to,
enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard
of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in
    violation of law.

    Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v)
expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid
or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

Bringing Aliens to the United States — Subsection 1324(a)(2) makes
it an offense for any person who — knowing or in reckless disregard of
the fact that an alien has not received prior authorization to come to,
enter, or reside in the United States, to bring to or attempts to bring
to the United States in any manner whatsoever, such alien, regardless of
any official action which may later be taken with respect to such
    alien.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act
    (IIRIRA), enacted on September 30, 1996, added a new 8 U.S.C. §
1324(a)(3)(A) which makes it an offense for any person, during any
12-month period, to knowingly hire at least 10 individuals with actual
knowledge that these individuals are unauthorized aliens. See this Manual at 1908 (unlawful employment of aliens).

Unit of Prosecution — With regard to offenses defined in subsections
    1324(a)(1)(A)(i)-(v), (alien smuggling, domestic transporting,
harboring, encouraging/inducing, or conspiracy/aiding or abetting) each
alien with respect to whom a violation occurs constitutes a unit of
prosecution. Prior to enactment of the IIRIRA, the unit of prosecution
for violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2) was each transaction, regardless
of the number of aliens involved. However, the unit of prosecution is
now based on each alien in respect to whom a violation occurs.

    Knowledge — Prosecutions for alien smuggling, 8 U.S.C. §
1324(a)(1)(A)(i) require proof that defendant knew that the person
brought to the United States was an alien. With regard to the other
violations in 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a), proof of knowledge or reckless
    disregard of alienage is sufficient.

Penalties — The basic statutory maximum penalty for violating 8
    U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(i) and (v)(I) (alien smuggling and conspiracy) is a
fine under title 18, imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both.
    With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii),
    domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or
aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5
years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or
private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment
is 10 years. In addition, significant enhanced penalties are provided
for in violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1) involving serious bodily
injury or placing life in jeopardy. Moreover, if the violation results
in the death of any person, the defendant may be punished by death or by
imprisonment for any term of years. The basic penalty for a violation
of subsection 1324(a)(2) is a fine under title 18, imprisonment for not
more than one year, or both, 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2)(A). Enhanced
penalties are provided for violations involving bringing in criminal
    aliens, 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2)(B)(i), offenses done for commercial
advantage or private financial gain, 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2)(B)(ii), and
violations where the alien is not presented to an immigration officer
    immediately upon arrival, 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2)(B)(iii). A mandatory
minimum three year term of imprisonment applies to first or second
violations of § 1324(a)(2)(B)(i) or (B)(ii). Further enhanced punishment
is provided for third or subsequent offenses.

      • David in MA

Just passing it around, I think it was Tiger who first posted it.

        • tCotUS

Oh yes, Tiger the fighter, she has done a lot of good research. .. Keep it alive..Pass it on ..

  • denniscerasoli

Let me just add,not all immigrants feel the same way as this Senator because he was smuggled in as a child.Just to show that i am not a bad guy,my son in law is Mexican and from Mexico and i have two Mexican grandchildren that i saw off to school this morning and they are both straight A students. The difference is that my son in law did what he had to do and it didn’t come easy,i even drove him to Boston to take the oath of citizenship,so tell me,am i wrong to suggest that they get in line?

  • MARY MCCLURE

Just ship all of them out. He’s harboring fugitives. That is illegal & we’d be locked up. They should have applied for legal citizenship a long time ago.

  • Alan404

If true, and looking at the source one wonders, have deportation procedures started. If not, why or is the answer obvious?

  • papa doug

California legislators who propose and vote for SB 54 should be arrested and jailed for subversion and treason against America. To allow sanctuary for invaders especially criminal invaders is treason and should be punished as such and I call on our federal law enforcement to effect their arrest!

  • yannybo

The Democrats are a deranged bunch. Where do these people get such a sick mentality? I think Chuck and Nancy should have to wear red clown noses – superglue them on for the world to see. Pathetic clowns. Nobody wants to tell me that they are patriots of this country. Action speaks louder than words. They are traitors.

  • disqus_tKlEuAw2uq

good start with his family and then put him in jail for hiding a crime

  • chief1937

Well we now have proof of leaders wilfully breaking the law themselves. Bragging about the fact that half his family are illegal and him as a representative says loads about California and the law. They elect people to represent them who knowingly break the law and brag about it. Mr.de Leon should be removed from his position and arrested based on his own statement for harboring criminals.

  • Brenda

Nothing quite like a lawmaker breaking the law now is there.

  • randy jackson

Good example of a fool letting his ass overload his mouth.
    Thinks he’s too powerful.
    He’s a demonRAT in a dumboRAT state.
Thinks the law doesn’t apply to him.
    Bet his family is saying:
Nice job dumba$$, you just got us deported.
Another maggot brained open border, Socialist.
Hey de Leon: You’re fired—–then deported.
    Dumba$$

    • Michael Dennewitz

And ALL the politicians in the country WON’T DO A DAMNED THING, except sit back and count their $$$$… 😣

  • cowgirl20

    DEPORT THEM NOW!

  • Terry

Sounds like deleon is a anchor baby wanting the rest of us to follow him down the rabbit hole . Stop anchor baby citizenship also .

  • TrueAmerican

Nice a Politician that is Knowingly breaking the law several times over. but it’s in Commiefornia so maybe it’s OK ????? what a bunch of BS. he is a DemonRat so they think that breaking the law is OK for them

  • susan miller

We need to take back California, It is too beautiful to be ruined by these insane democrats. We should be together and vote in a Republican Gov. Only we can do this. We can do this together. It takes work and organization, not just talk.

  • vintageautomobilia

de Leon is a thorn in the side of all thinking citizens of California! Get rid of him.

  • bill14729 .

Obama’s brother is here illegally and that doesn’t make it right because Obama was the President, He Broke the laws by Not enforcing the Laws and showed be brought up on Charges for using His power above the Law

  • Charlotte Lazaro

shame on you are we suppose to feel sorry for you? mr you gotta be kidding

  • ward

This dem libtard ass is admitting he is a criminal and is still in congress … ! What in hell is wrong with the DOJ that lets this intentional law breaking ass to continue his congressional seat against U.S. Laws ?

  • albertbryson

We need to arrest him for harboring illegals. He belongs in jail and he needs to resign his seat in the California legislature.

  • junkmailbin

California State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León is a criminal for harboring and assisting =his illegal alien relatives break the law. He is part of and ongoing criminal enterprise. This is a RICO Act violation. He should be stripped of his elected position and be put on trial.
I am sick of these pandering arseholes with thrid world heritage flipping off the country saying ” Hey , I am a racist spic, go f-ck yourselves whitey.”

  • Dick

If this is true, that half of his family should either be imprisoned or sent back to their country of origin and he should be imprisoned for aiding and abetting CRIMINALS. As an elected official, he should be aware of the law. If he were a republican he would have been impeached.

    • Mary Muennig

Yeh really; if he was a republican the democrats would be working at getting him impeached! Those people have such double standards it is not even funny.

  • Trish

California voted for Hillary, so there appears to be a disconnect somewhere.

  • 4mingthoughts

I think he just admitted to a crime. Harboring illegals is a crime. Fortunately for him we are not an aggressive nation on getting people out and Obama would just as soon sell all the Mexican migrates out than have his Muslim illegals get out. Funny but they still use these people when it’s needed and them turn their backs after and they still are little puppy dogs following the demoncrats around waiting to be kicked around again. Hey Demoheads have you noticed since she lost that they don’t care anymore about you Latino illegals. Don’t hear about them, they aren’t using them to further the agenda/ When will they learn that those they follow don’t care about them?

  • Dan

Stuff him and cuff him. BYE BYE

    • Mary Muennig

lol–I don’t know what you mean by the “stuff him”, but “cuff him” and “BYE BYE” sounds about right.

      • Dan

“Stuff him” means put him in the back of the police patrol vehicle.

        • Mary Muennig

lol–Oh ok thanks! I kind of envisioned him being forced to eat something . . .

  • PAUL PRAY

Sounds like he has violated his oath of office, by following the constitution. Under reasonable conditions, he should be removed from office and jailed for subversion.

  • Aury Motta

So mr de Leon you who supposedly are a gov representative couldn’t follow the law of the land.
This law is not about banning immigration it about doing legally like many have done through out the years.
Funny like many complain about such laws but Mexico itself has. Wall on its boarders with Guatemala …how ironic

  • TPS12

So he only like laws that serve him. He doesn’t care that legal taxpayers are paying the bill. Must be nice living off others and then not representing them.

    • Mary Muennig

      Good point!

  • Rigged4fun

California where even the legislators are worse criminals than found in the jails. The funny part is that the people who put these criminals in power generally don’t have a clue to the destruction and financial loss these partisans legislate. As businesses and tax payers move out of the state, what’s Governor Moonbeam gonna do to make up for the loss of revenue?

  • randi amundsen

What else can one expect from a Democrat

  • silver fox

time for him to go to jail and his family to get deported asap

  • Bruce Kellar

All of my family got here before it was legally possible, fought all of the wars (which were won by the way) and now pay the taxes that support criminal activity by foreigners and citizens alike while we Americans standby and allow our country to be taken away without so much as a whimper. We have been taught to keep our mouth shut unless we speak out against the country and keep our hands to ourself. Well, that is wrong from every angle it is viewed. Get off your asses America, this country does not belong to the invaders, stop them in the streets and the battlefields if that what it takes, AGAIN.

  • ted j

Deleon… you and your whole family should be deported today… you have shown that you and your family are a bunch of law breakers… and not fit to be a citizen of the USA.

    • Mary Muennig

      Thank you very much.

  • Ron C

In the state of California you can flout the laws with impunity if you are a democrat or illegal alien…that is how bad it has really gotten in this state & New York state is a close second! I pray that the other 48 states resist the democrat’s trying to turn your states into criminal havens…The democrat & RINO party are truly trying with all of their might to kill the USA as a free & sovereign nation!

  • glorybe2

The right wing is fear mongering as always. It keeps people from looking hard at real issues and allows corrupt politicians to steal the nations wealth. Since so many people are cowards it is an easy way for the right wing loonies to build a following. Even the most evil nations that have attacked us in history were not nearly as dangerous as Donald CHUMP. And when it comes to criminals CHUMP brags about sexual assaults on women and has been involved in the rape of a 13 year old girl.

    • lha

      Proof? Didn’t think so!

    • Mary Muennig

Excuse me, were you talking about President Trump??

  • Yul bolsun

We need voter reforms now! Illegal aliens have no rights.

  • Raymond Charron

When an politician admits he’s guilty of being an illegal alien, identity theft criminal, fake social security card, fake drivers license, just about anything fake or criminally obtained, he’s no t above the law. Deport the entire family and anyone else who is just as guilty. Taking advantage of this generous country has to stop right now. Anyone here illegally must go. Then get in line and do it the right way. Others have done it, so can he. Politicians are not above the law.

  • wildeagleone

Why the hell is this Law Breaker serving in our legislature as a Law Maker???

This disgrace should be taken out of the legislature by impeachment immediately and charged with harboring illegals

  • wildmann

Democratz are ALL Criminals! Not just some of ’em, ALL of Them! They need to be Kicked the Frack OUT of the U.S. while we still have a Country!

  • wildmann

Stop WELFARE, and the Dem Party will wither and DIE!

  • GuardianFlame

OMG! AGAIN, another liberal “Deloadocrap” with his head thoroughly entrenched up his keester! How in God’s name is he even in office? Would someone contact ICE and the CIA to investigate Senor de Leon’s own paperwork?!!! Bet you’ll find some falsehoods there, enough to send his pathetic bones and his relatives back to the Mexican Drug Cartels south of the border!

  • Jon’s On

This state senator’s family should be deported. They are nothing but criminals. If they want to come here they should do it the right way. Maybe this state senator is also a little shady like his family? I’ve seen several CA legislators get in trouble with the law. The funniest is this anti-gun guy who gets busted for running guns or something like that.

  • Gidge713

Congressman, has your family ever tried to apply for citizenship after all these years. Instead they pbtained all these phony ID cards and in doing so especially SS card could be a no. being used by someone else, most likely someone on SS and has no earnings to show. I know this because someone used my no. and worked and made more than my state allows for my state benefits and I had a heck of a time getting it straightened. It interferred with my supplemental health benefit, food stamps, and prescriptions. You don’t realize the problem using someone else’s no. causes. So don’t brag about this they are commiting fraud by doing this.

  • SCSOCAL

This is what happens when voters stay home and don’t vote. We should not have foreigners in office period. They are not loyal, will ignore our laws and only help their own.

  • Libertarian Soldier

de Leon should be pricing airline tickets to visit half of his family, if they’re close. Every one of these actions are criminal offenses and it’s a civil offense just to be here, if someone enters legally.

The reason to enforce the law is not just to correct that which is wrong but it serves as a deterrent to those that would do the same. “I got away with it for years, fair and square,” is not a defense. Law abiding, taxpaying Citizens know that getting away with something 1,000 time isn’t a defense for getting caught the one time and there must be at least as much deference given these law abiding, taxpaying Citizens as criminal invaders and those that showed so little respect to the laws of the country that they knowingly ignored them, because Lau, McInnes, Diacunou and Morales did so?

At some point, law and order must prevail. Where do you draw the line for a scofflaw or a community of scofflaws? What’s the line? Is it identity theft? Is it voting illegally, driving on a fake license, taking the job of a law abiding, taxpaying Citizen? The law is the law. Should Citizens be forgiven identity theft? I don’t think so, either. Get used to law enforcement in someone else’s country the way American Citizens would if they were to violate the borders of another country.

  • Jim

Babylon the great. Rose high. Now soon to find out like the Romans how to become extinct.

  • RobGA

California Senator Kevin de León, who swore on his oath of honor (and probably a Bible) to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, just admitted that he has no respect for his oath, his honor or the Constitution. This kind of scum bag is the kind of (supposedly) educated and enlightened people that are making our laws. If Californians are enraged that other desperate AMERICANS elected Trump, they need only look at their own state government and the actions and sentiments of people like de León to see why Trump was elected. I’d say “shame on de León”, but he apparently doesn’t understand the meaning of the word.

  • Ricarrdo estavans

Is de Leon here illegally. Deport this fraud.

  • Ricarrdo estavans

    Deport all illegals now.

  • Firewagon

“….almost everybody has secured some sort of false identification….” California State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León is a prime example of WHY Kalifornication has embraced ‘lawlessness!’ Kalifornians are ‘clueless,’ and criminally so, electing these types of individuals to positions of power….

  • downs1

Actions have consequences! Mr. de Leon should be aware that he is opening an action which he may not be able to control. This nation is already seriously divided, it has essentially turned its back on God Who raised up this once great nation, and blessed it abundantly [God said, “A kingdom or a house divided against itself cannot stand”]. Because the society has overtly turned against God [cf. the ACLU] and His people, Israel [“I will bless those who bless you and I will curse those who curse you”], this country is under judgment. The immorality has become gross to say the least, homosexuality is being glorified [God calls it “detestable”] and this country has “legalized” same-sex marriage! It is estimated that 50 million babies have been “legally” murdered in their mothers’ wombs [God says, “You shall not commit murder”]. Mr. de Leon is admitting that his family came to this nation illegally and that he will ignore the law and establish so-called “sanctuary cities”. He is merely deepening the division which will eventually bring down this nation. Unless this nation repents and turns back to God, there is little hope it will survive as we have known it throughout its traditional history. Most believe it will not turn back to its faith, and that explains why in end-time prophecy there is no nation that can be recognized as “America”. So sad!

  • usncb

de Le’on I can make a very good suggestion for you and your illegal family…………PACK YOUR BAGS AND THE HELL OUT OF MY REPUBLIC that I fought and bled for, you stinking fugitives.

  • E James Maggio

If he is in the half that is illegal, he should be drummed out of the government service., he is taking a job from a citizen

  • Barbara Ervin

And the sooner they’re ALL deported the better. Go ahead, CA, make your whole state a sanctuary state. I’d love to see how you’ll survive without federal funding.

  • RobGA

By his own words, Kevin de León lied when he took office and swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, No honor, no integrity, blatant conflict of interest and a “spit in your eye” attitude toward the U.S. (I almost said “his country”, but his loyalty to the U.S. is highly questionable).

  • desert fox

Go after this man and his family. That is what is wrong–especially here in California…..it seems the illegals have more to say and more rights than natural born citizens. If California does become a Sanctuary State, and all federal monies are withheld from the State, just wait and see what happens to your taxes. And I for one will not pay taxes in California if this happens. Grab these liberal bastards by the wallet and see what happens. Illegals in California are getting more in entitlements than I get in Social Security AND I’VE WORKED SINCE I WAS NINE YEARS OLD.

    • Dolores Wieland

Yes,,I read where illegals get more entitlements than the retirees…This should never happen and California taxpayers should never have to fund these illegals…..NEVER!

  • TadhgMcLir

Gee, did he just admit to aiding and abetting a bunch of Felons? Hmmmmm…
Lets just deport him and the whole bunch.

  • dogtrainer1

Great one more reason to stop this BS! Here this guy is admitting to Stealing all forms of ID and here I had to pay $1000 in 2016 to Protect my identity from theft. I am a disabled senior citizen and having to run around town without one leg, trying to keep some bum(s) from totally screwing up my personal information is just plain wrong. I live in California and some days I feel like the only way to correct this “liberal politician agenda” is to load up my guns and take the 600 mile trek to Sacramento. How else can this State rid itself of the Nancy Pelosi’s and the rabid liberal sorts we have running the asylum. Voting does Not Seem to Work! Most people I speak with have never voted for those in office here. So how do they keep getting elected, if not by the “illegals” voting them into office for the continued PERKS they receive. The illegals sure get more help than I ever have! Maybe a broad range “hunting trip” would do the trick!

  • daveveselenak

This is how upside down this fallen nation has become! R.I.P. USA or REVOLUTION will be the SOLUTION – guaranteed! It was N. Krushchev that had prophetically said many years ago: “we will bury you from within” – they have! Armr===========================? – – – – , we will be needing them!

“State senator pro tem”….I don’t think so..he just deep sixed his pro tem position…He and his family need to be rounded up and shipped back to where they came from…It’s long past due that we take our nation back !!

  • Roger Short

I learned long ago that demoncrats aren’t the sharpest knife in the drawer, and this is further evidence of that! So let me get this straight. The liberal media and the demoncrats are disputing Trumps claim of many illegal votes, yet at the same time, this dumb shxt demoncrat politician is bragging that half of hi family is here illegally! Anyone see something wrong with this picture?!

    • Mary Muennig

      Certainly; many people.

      • Mary Muennig

        Certainly; many people do.

  • MIKE6080

harboring criminals is against the law , he should be removed from office for knowingly committing a crime

  • ZACAL

And these democrats were screaming Trump was going to make a profit off the system by being President. The alligators are getting very nervous in the swamp. Now it’s easy to see why the lying was so fearce during the campaign and is getting worse. Illegals, Corporations, free loaders, and politicians from both parties have been scamming the living hell out of the country. They’re all scared out of their boots of Trumps “legal” cabinet. Everyone is worried about what Sessions will do. At this point I say throw the book at them. Absolutely no breaks, if the shoe fits ware it.

  • William Gordon

If your family is illegal and came here after 1980 then your family is illegal–if before that Mr. Reagan gave people illegal–to legal.. But he said after that there will be no more. By the way Mr. Trump is after the illegal who is a criminals–not just illegal entry-he said that will be later if needed.

  • DenverKitty

Mr. deLeon…you’d better get busy helping them pack!!

  • dkuch

What part of illegal don’t these fools not understand? The fool should be in jail for a long time!!

  • Lilly Putney

He should be taken before a judge and removed from his post. Harboring a criminal can put you in jail. This is stupid what he is doing buy confessing to harboring illegals.

  • Mary Carter

My daughter-in-law came to America from Mexico quite a few years ago and quite a few years ago she became a citizen of this country. What is your excuse? There is no reason for anyone to live here and not become citizens of this country, none. She and my son have raised a beautiful family and we are proud of them all. You are disgusting.

  • Rose Weleski

If we did that we’d be in jail right now! When did “illegal” become a fashion statement? ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL!

  • david goodman

he is no longer in office.we the people charge him with treason, falsifying papers.arrest him along with all traitors.Constitution and God is law of land.

  • Oldchopper

I’m ashamed to be a Californian. What have we become as a once wonderful state to have criminals such as these in office. Washington’s has been known for this sort of behavior, and now that it may change to law & order the rest of the country goes to hell in a taco!

  • Frederick Fetty Jr.

Common on folks. This man is bragging about all the laws he is violating and he is in the senate. Is there any wonder why Califirnia is in such a horrible position financially and politically. My family has immigrants from Mexico and the PI. (6) in all. All entered legally after much time and money were invested. If U.S. Citizenship is not worth the effort to do it legally, what is it worth to these idiots and all the other illegals???? Nothing!!!

  • thecelt1

That’s too bad, Phony Senator from California. Making our state a Sanctuary State is a totally disasterous idea. The Phony Senator de Leon Is a Disaster Looking for a Place To Happen. Every time you sneeze,
de Leon is doing his da*nedest to kill Honest, Legal and Safe California gun owners.
The best thing de Leon can do is RESIGN from the state Senate and go to his families original home
    country, NOW!

  • Gloria

Remove Mr De Leon this man proudly admits haft his family are here illegally…. freaking unbelievable!!!! If we have to abide by the law, why are these politicians allowed to brake the law? This is bullshit . REMOVE HIM and send half his family back to their own country.

  • jmortensen

Put this guy where he belongs .. IN JAIL !

  • Dave’s not here

Arrest this criminal and recall him. He is aiding and abetting.

  • jmortensen

This proves that moonbeams administration are idiots He just gave us a reason to put him in prison and deport his family.. California is becoming a garbage pit ..and if we allow moonbeam to turn us into a sanctuary city it’s all over..

  • http://WWW.SPIRITOFAMERICAPARTYRADIOSHOW.COM TOM P O’DONNELL

YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD BE WORKING TO GET THEM LEGALIZED.

  • RsGoat

All that false ID and no voter fraud by non citizens? How many have left the state after acquiring their documentation? I wonder if Kevin de León even realizes he just slapped immigration in the face and said now you now so what are you going to do about it? He challenged them in public and made a big deal of it, I wonder what happens next and who this twit is going to blame. They had 38.8 million people living in the State in 2014, more in 16 and now he is telling us a community of non citizens had enough fake identification to vote in the last election. How hard is it to see 3 million out of a population that size plus figuring how many may have left the State before in time to vote in other States? Kevin is making this look very possible.

  • William Manners

We need to recall this politician that refuses to uphold the laws of our country and try him for treason!

  • sox83cubs84

Time to kick out all those family members with fake Drivers Licenses, Social Security cards and Green Cards. Green Cards!! Legal immigrants jump through legal hoops for years to obtain one, but illegal Hispanic immigrants like deLeon’s family, get a fake one and no action is taken against them? This is anarchy. People using any fake or fraudulent government ID must be traced and deported, with no exemptions for deLeon’s family members.

  • David

Lock up every damn one of them !

  • William Wood

    THEN DEPORT HALF YOUR FAMILY!!!!!

  • BH

Maybe ICE should monitor the Facebook and Twitter accounts of Leo`n and when there is going to be a family gathering, show up. Could make their job a lot easier.

  • robert

we the people, want this mr de leon who admits half his family are illegals{means against the law aliens}and he is illegally aiding and abetting criminals, who are breaking our laws.how are they living here, our they getting public asst, food stamps on the legal american taxpayers monies,we want them investigated, and deported for criminals.we have laws in the usa,and this de leon for admitting he,s breaking our laws.go trump god bless all legal american veterans/citizens.

  • Jordan48

SO! In other words Mr. De Leon approves of acts of lawlessness. To establish laws which are for the public good of all U S Citizens means nothing to this jackal. We have laws which have been on the bookis for decades if n9ot longer, and along comes a moron who thinks that it is alraight to circumvent the law. This is nothing more than lunacy. If you come to this nation through the legal procedures and guidelines which have been established then you are a good guy. If you come into this nation illegally then you deserve to be deported. Are we a nation of laws or are we a nation without laws? Decide now. The laws of this nation applies to ALL people, not just the citizens who work for a living. Hillary should be indicted. Obamanation should be indicted. Debbie Wasserman Schultz should be indicted. Eric Holder should be indicted. Trump needs to “drain the swamp” now and not side step this critical issue. Send the illegal aliens HOME. They broke the law. They need to be sent home. They made their bed and they need to reap the consequences of their actrions. If I break the law should I expect a pass? If you break the law do you think someone is going to come along and say, OH poor felloow, you are not guilty because the world made you do it. That is utter non-sense. If you violate the law, then you know that you are guilty and you know that the law has teeth. Remove the penalty phase of the law and the law is worthless.

  • Michael Dennewitz

You really can’t fix stupid, eh? 😣😯😠

  • Tallulah Cusati

Mr. de Leon should be arrested and sent to prison. All his relatives who are here, in this country, ILLEGAL, should be arrested, sent to prison, and then ‘DEPORTED’.

  • Dennis B Anderson

Well Bud, Smile, and wave AUDIOS with a tear drop in your eye! Were not going to change the name of California to Mexico.
This is exactly what they want you to do for them with bennys!

  • James Southern

Stop being a jackass and protect the borders of the country, FOLLOW OUR LAWS OR GO HOME TO YOUR COUNTRY, If your relatives are here illegally then get them on the program to become legal immigrants or send them home. You are bound by the law to do so, Your example is that of being a criminal instead of being a patriot if you do not, If you do not respect or follow the law as the president pro temp of your state senate then step down and let someone whom will adhere to the laws step up because you are part of the problem. Quit whining about being called illegal aliens because you are here illegally and that is what you are. A country has the right to make and keep their immigration laws but no city or state that has given their allegiance to the US Constitution has the right to disobey the laws because they have become so brain dead or brainwashed that they or a portion of their electorate think that they are above the law. You do not have the high moral ground either because you are wrong. We have a dangerous funnel of people attempting to get through the southern border to do harm to those in our country because they are jihadists and we have the right to enforce the laws on the books and i am not a Trump supporter but he is the first President in many years who take the first job of the presidents office seriously because the presidents first order of business is to protect the people. Securing the borders and establishing a more thorough way of checking the background or refugees from certain parts of the world is being diligent not racist. It should have been done years ago. Get a clue and quit being a NWO worshiping whimp, quit crying about this because if they have not gone through the correct process then they should be sent home unless they can get into the process. So get over your pouty ass attitude and grow up. Mr. De Leon needs to be a leader and not a bay and do the right thing or step down. A sanctuary state is bogus because neither a city or a state is allowed to ignore the federal immigration laws and i hope of you idiots in California, who almost always are on the wrong side of the issue, need to awaken out of your left winged dogma and look at reality. The world is a dangerous place because of your agenda being instituted in many places around the world and your lunacy is causing the world to become dangerous because your policies and ignorance create a vacuum that makes violence and extremism empowered instead of holding it in check or destroying it. Mr. De Leon either follow the immigration laws or lead your office because you are wrong.

  • JMICHAEL270

Did the illegals vote this idiot into office?

  • Merle Dickey

Isn’t this wonderful . We have a politician who admits half his family are illegals . They want to turn this state into Mexico but yet they don’t want to live in mexico . I hope California does secede!! it is nothing but a cess pool . Except for the sane people that have lived there for many years and don’t know what t o do any more . Shame, it was a prety state until the illegals came in and destroyed it like they do everything else .

Do we need another very fine example of what has and is continuing to destroy America? It makes me sick to think how these greedy politicians, mostly Democrats, are stealing any hope for a future in which our children and grandchildren can realize the “American Dream”. They do not care because the money they take “under the table” will be sufficient to take care of several generations to come and since they believe that ‘being a politician is a birthright’, it will continue forever. This is the prime reason for term limits and extreme “draining of the swamp”, which only WE, the American people can accomplish.

  • C6vet

How can this guy keep his Job being an Elected Official for the State of Libtardfornia admit to knowingly allow ANY family member is here illegally with False Papers Stay Here? How is this guy NOT already in Jail for helping in one way, or another keeping Illegals in the country? Only in California & New York, the Bluest of Blue States and totally unrealistic! With People like this in Politics how many more Americans have to DIE before we trash these people that only encourage illegals to come here? How much BLOOD does he already have on his hands?

  • Jo

Round them up and deport them – NO ONE should be above the law. In NO other Country can a person just enter and pretend to be a Citizen – they would instantly be deported, in some instances they would be imprisoned or killed. It’s PAST TIME for our Country to close our borders and enforce our laws.

  • Ronald Hagler

Let me try to get this correct in my head. Kevin de Leon is a California State politician. He is not only a pol1tician, but is the President Pro Tempore of the California State Senate. De Leon readily admits that members of his family are living here illegally and suggests that some of them have false IDs, false drivers licenses and false Social Security Numbers. He, as an elected official, is proposing that the U.S. Senate pass a law which would create “Sanctuary Cities” where people living, working and breeding here illegally be to allowed to continue doing so!

He is, in fact, seeking to have our government create a law which will allow criminals (law breakers) to practice their craft legally! Not only does he wish this law to cover persons already living here illegally, but wants it to cover future persons who come here and refuse to obey our laws! Why have laws? Why have police? Just come here and do as you wish! I have a novel idea: why not send all police personnel home and charge all criminals a 25% fee for goods and services taken to pay law enforcement to stay home!!! Chaos, confusion, lawlessness: Anarchy at it best! Who needs rules: simply let everyone play until they die and give this land back to the animals. ( since it worked so well for the Greek, Roman and Egyptian empires)

I find it hard to believe the liberal mind has degenerated so far as it has, but Senator de Leon proves, beyond a doubt, that it is worse than we knew. The idea of “Sanctuary Cities” is not only ludicrous, but dangerous as well. Hopefully each of you will contact your senators and representatives in D.C. and demand that they denounce any such sanctions as idiotic and refuse to sponsor, much less, support such a bill!

  • sbeer101

    Only half? Bullshit.

  • Bella Gray

Deport ALL OF THEM! We have laws and if the Communist Democrats want to live in a lawless country they should move to one!

  • CharlyO

I don’t suppose any of these ‘immigrants’ ever thought of maybe making a real free country out the shthl they come from. They will all turn on our country when the free money and benefits dry up just like the liberals!

  • Ellen

They need to commit crimes to survive here? Go back to your own country and keep your family there. TOGETHER. This Mr Deleon should be DEPORTED back with them. He has been a traitor to our country and the legal Americans. Tell your relatives to follow the law and not sneak in. Do not make this country your milking cow.

  • Kat

Good, let’s start the deportation process with this fool and his illegal family.

  • TexRancher

A message for de Leon; Half your family needs to be deported NOW and you should be prosecuted as an accomplice!

  • http://www.GodAuthoredBible.com geneww1938

Those of the family that have been paying taxes, not drawing any social services (SNAP card, housing allowances… ) and absolutely support the USA constitution and laws should have a way to stay. However, they must be denied all benefits of a citizen and pay for those services (education etc) that they do receive. If they decide that is too burdensome, then USA should support a benevolent means to support their return to their native country.
Meanwhile, Mr. de León should be charged with harboring fugitives If he knowingly allowed illegals to remain with his protection. If the above is resolved with his cooperation, then those charges could be dropped.

  • tCotUS

Simple solution to America’s problem..Build the WALL around Mexifornia, cut off ALL Federal Aid, cut off their water. They will be eating each other within a month.

  • Dorothea Flanigan

He needs to be run out of that position immediately!

    • Ronald Hagler

Won’t happen…he resides in the “Fruit Cake” capital of the world! Look at Feinstein and Pelosi ; his role models!!!!!

  • fred

And here we have the biggest problem with immigration. A criminal elected official committing TREASON and thinking its OK because he’s protecting his family? Pure insanity, and I dare anyone to try to use that logic with the |Mexican Government who are there in THAT country illegally and without proper working papers?! You will instantly be breaking big rocks into little rocks down there and likely be dead withing a few months of being in Prison there…so what is the right course? ASK Mexico!? And Kevin De Leon should instantly be placed in Prison and tried like any other criminal in this country.

  • randy jackson

You know De Leon’s illegal family members are saying:
    Pinche Puto —–muchas gracias—–vamos a Mexico—–dumba$$!

  • Gerri

Well in that case he should be recalled and any of the family who can be proved to have entered illegally should be removed . Frankly he should be ashamed rather than yelling from the roof tops how wondefull it is to come to this country illegally!!!!! Geeze another idiot from California having a hand in running this country. NO WONDER AMERICA IS ON THE BRINK OF COLLAPSE!!!!!!!

  • Keith Kyle

Welcome to Mexifornia this is what is wrong with the Dim party and the Left Coast. The sooner we sever CA, OR & WA from the US the better. Maybe they would take NYC with them.

  • Allan Zaug

Deport half his family for being here illegally, and the other half for harbor in illegals in the country. He should be fired for not discouraging these actions by illegals. As far as this bill goes. Kill the bill, it’s wrong for the country just like liberal democrats.

  • Spunky

They need to sweep califago and gather every illegal and send them back – and if they are with someone who is legal – take them too for aiding.

  • Bill

This is a disgrace to California and our country to put up with this obvious attack on our country. Has Kevin de Leon been elected to the state senate by illegals? Here de Leon admits many of his own family are illegals, false SS cards and most likely on government aid. This man took and oath of office and should be run out of office. Maxine Waters, Nancy polosi and Feinstein, you want to impeach President Trump and your state is a corrupted mess? The Obozo shills are going after a sheriff in Arizona for enforcing immigration laws with the possibility of a Clinton appointed judge over seeing the case. We must be entering the twilight zone of maximum stupidity, but the grand prize is the 9th circuit court recent ruling on their feeling, emotions and now legislatures, but forgot their role is to abide by the laws and make a ruling based on the law. We have looney’s in charge of California and it is becoming a banana republic! For the rest of us we know what is coming, but what a shame to see our country being destroyed by illegals and the looney left. I’m sure this episode in history will be recorded as “what the hell were you people thinking to allow this to happen.”

  • brucethompson22

He’s a great one for making laws when he breaks himself

  • Gary Von Neida

Does this pig realize how many “law abiding” people were made to look like FOOLS for obeying the law? I doubt it. Most elected only listen to the people that paid to advertise and elect them. What a sad state of affairs that the last great and best chance for liberty in the World< America, has been PIMPED OUT to whomever can pay the piper—a government connected cheat.

  • randy jackson

    Can de Leon be deported?

  • Marilynn Reeves

Why is he not doing the right thing and helping his family get legal? This is nothing to be braging about.

  • Estoban

The only leaders I know that defy the law are called tyrants. This tyrant, de Leon, is like most tyrants, selfish and seeking to protect the criminals in his family by scoffing at the law. California is led by shameless, self-serving criminals.

  • jim scofield

Maybe someone should start checking his papers to
find out is HE is a Illegal Alien.

  • randi amundsen

California want to have their little country in other word they do not need federal funding they can do it on their own good luck tou idiots

  • brucefandrews

Thank you, Mr., de León now we know where to find several illegals. We should round up all
his family and lock up those that are harboring fugitives and deport all the illegals. Be sure to take all their bank accounts to pay some of the taxes they owe. Take their homes and other property to offset the rest of the services they stole from the tax payers.

  • Pepot

Then Mr. De Leon should be stripped on his legislative position in California, arrested, jailed and maybe deported to South America. How come he managed to be elected when he does not understand federal laws on immigration.

  • Pepot

So now ICE agents should be coming to Mr. De Leon’s house to arrest these ILLEGAL relatives. Nice! The Feds will not waste time to investigate. Saves the government time and money.

  • Dan

Wow a democrat that admits he is a part of an illegal family. Now if we could just get the rest of demoncrats to admit how crooked they are.

THE REASON I VOTED FOR TRUMP WAS TO “BUILD THE WALL” AND DEPORT THESE CRIMINALS ALIENS AND TO PUNISH THOSE WHO BRING THEM IN AND HABOR THEIR STAYS……

YES WE ARE A COUNTRY OF IMMIGRANTS, MY FAMILY SINCE THE MIDDLE 1600, BUT WE NEED QUALIFIED IMMIGRANTS AND FOLKS WHO WANT TO BE HERE FOR OUR IDEALS OF FREEDOM, LIBERTY AND SELF DETERMINATION AND, AS WELL, BE A BENEFIT TO U. S…..

IT’S MY OPINION THAT THERE ARE ENOUGH QUALIFIED PEOPLE WANTING TO IMMIGRANT TO REPLACE ALL WHO WE DEPORT……..

IF AMERICA WILL BE BETTER, IT WILL HAVE TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES………

  • Obie Miller

Yep! that sounds like Kalifornia, all right!

  • Stephen Norman

Well this guy is a Democrat. Vested in self interest and doing whatever it takes to get what he wants. And so proud of it.
And how do his constituents see this? Are they all on the “gimmie train” too?

  • ed28

Interfering with Federal Law and aiding and abetting criminal invaders. How un-American this bastard is.

  • Donna Morken

I can hardly believe California’s are stupid enough to elect someone like this and then support half of his family, but then I guess that’s why they say they are the land of fruits and nuts.

  • Marshall Moffett

He should be arrested for aiding and abetting felons

  • mjmaf

Jail and deportation in their futures.

  • Benjamin Michel
