Transgender Files Complaint Because Women Wouldn’t Bikini Wax “Her”
A male-to-female transgender customer is filing human rights complaints against 16 Canadian clinicians after they refused to provide him with a full service bikini wax in Vancouver, British Columbia. Claiming that he is the victim of “gender identity” discrimination, the Canadian – known in public records only as “JY” – is asking the BC Human Rights Tribunal for as much as $2,500 from each of the women, which could add up to a tidy payday of more than $30,000.
But a lawyer for two of the women says that their refusal to take JY’s business had nothing to do with discrimination and everything to do with his male genitalia. John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms said that the transgender customers was asking for a service the clinics simply doesn’t provide.
“In recent months, JY approached 16 Vancouver-area female estheticians who only serve women, requesting a ‘Brazilian’ bikini wax on his groin area,” said Carpay. “In spite of the fact that JY is able to obtain a Manzilian in Vancouver, JY has filed 16 complaints against these women at the BC Human Rights Tribunal, claiming discrimination on the basis of ‘gender identity.'”
Carpay said that the process for waxing the male genitalia area is completely different, requiring “a different kind of wax and a different technique.”
And frankly, beyond that, maybe these women didn’t get into their careers because they wanted to get up close and personal with some she-man’s penis. Is that not their right? Where the hell are the feminists? If this was just some sweaty dude looking to get his rocks off, you don’t think women would be outraged at the idea that he would even DREAM that he could force female estheticians to do this kind of work for him? But what? Because he puts on a dress and some makeup and calls himself a woman, that makes it different? Get real.
Sadly, many of the woman named by JY in the complaint could find it difficult to find adequate legal representation.
“One of the women represented by the Justice Centre had approached, and had been turned down by 26 different lawyers and law firms,” he said. “All of which cited lack of expertise in human rights proceedings, or fear of offending the transgender lobby, or both.”
Fear of offending the transgender lobby, for God’s sake.
There’s a part of us that hopes we’re at the far end of the insanity spectrum and we will live to see Western society snap back and reject some of this abject nonsense. Another part is sadly certain that we’re just going to keep, um, progressing in this direction indefinitely. You want to ask something like, “How much worse can it get?” and then you realize you don’t want to know the answer…
