(FixThisNation.com) – A member of House Armed Services Committee , Rep. Wilson, R-S.C., has said that the suspected Chinese spy balloon incident is proof that neither President Biden nor Vice President Kamala Harris should be in office.
Wilson called for both the Vice President and the President to resign only hours after the Chinese balloon was shot down by a U.S. fighter jet off the coast of South Carolina. The surveillance aircraft first entered the United States through Alaska, before traveling through Canada. It then reentered the United States through Idaho and traveled across the country for the next seven days.
In a tweet, Wilson said that the balloon was a threat to American families across the nation, from Alaska to South Carolina, his home state. He then proceeded to call for the resignation of Biden and Harris said that his call to have them resign was valid in August 2021 following the messy withdrawal from Afghanistan which allowed American families to be threatened.
He added that in his view it did not matter which party was in power, saying that the most important thing is the safety of American families. He noted that the most important thing when looking at leaders is to examine their capabilities regardless of the party that they belong to. He proceeds to then call Biden and Harris “failures.”
Wilson also pointed out that the behavior of the Biden administration has led to the borders being weakened and the likelihood of domestic attacks bigger.
