Hollywood Uses Charlottesville to Launch Vile Attacks on Trump, His Supporters

Hollywood’s liberal cultists didn’t waste any time using the violence in Charlottesville, VA as a platform for launching another series of attacks on President Donald Trump and his supporters, proving they have no interest whatsoever in seeing this country “united” against hate. In fact, that’s very obviously the LAST thing they want to see, as is evidenced by their continual fascination with pitting groups of Americans against each other; i.e., pitting minorities and liberals of every stripe against whites. And then they wonder how something like this could have happened.

No, wait, that’s wrong. They don’t wonder at all. They KNOW how it happened. It happened because of a New York real estate billionaire named Trump.

“Trump’s America: The last days of White rule,” wrote noted psychopath Michael Moore. “It’s always a bitch to have to give up power you’ve held for 300 years.”

Gee, you think sentiments like these could by WHY a select handful of young white Americans find themselves so easily taken in by opportunistic white supremacists? Do you think the perpetrator of the crime, James Alex Fields, was sick of reading about how there was no future in the U.S. for evil whites like him? Do you think these kinds of rhetorical attacks might have driven him and others to the protests on Saturday, where the city was, after all, tearing down one facet of America’s history purely because it is related to southern white heritage?

“Let’s be clear,” Rob Reiner wrote. “The hatred we’re seeing in Virginia lies at the feet of Donald Trump. Stoked during the campaign, his silence condones this.”

Reiner never bothered to follow his tweet up with any specific examples of Trump “stoking” white supremacist beliefs on the campaign trail. Unless you consider border enforcement a white supremacist belief – which of course, the radical left does.

Actor Josh Charles, who once told the New York Times that his bedtime routine consists of watching “CNN or MSNBC, ‘Frontline,’ or John Oliver – he’s pretty great and a good guy, too,” demonstrated how thoroughly he’s been brainwashed by his chosen television viewing options. The former Good Wife star said, “Remember, even if POTUS does finally speak out against the events in Charlottesville, he doesn’t actually give a shit. Actions, not words.” Later, he followed up with, “Continuing to expect our President to be somebody other than who he has consistently showed himself to be is a recipe for insanity.”

We’d argue that watching MSNBC, CNN, and John Oliver every night is a more likely cause of the mental illness you’re experiencing, Mr. Charles.

Beau Willimon, the creator of the U.S. version of House of Cards, had this to say: “Anyone who is still proud that Trump is president after Charlottesville is not part of the future, but rather an insidious past.” Hmm, we’ll just have to see about that.

Unable to help herself, persistent degenerate Rosie O’Donnell weighed in with a simple: “Another PROFOUND MORAL FAILURE.” As if O’Donnell, of all people, is an authority on morality.

None of these tweets, or the many unchronicled others, will come as any surprise to anyone who knows what these people are all about. But they do show that, slowly but very surely, the left is beginning to pivot away from their strict hatred of Trump and onto a very general hatred of everyone who voted for him. The hate isn’t new, but the public demonstration of it is. It would be nice to think that a tragedy like the one that unfolded in Virginia would be a time for unity and reflection in our country, but the left is seizing this incident to stoke the flames of division. Thus we can be certain: This weekend’s unfortunate violence will not be the last of it.
