(FixThisNation.com) – On Friday Night, former President Donald Trump made a surprise appearance at a local pizzeria in Fort Myers, Florida, to talk with a crowd of his supporters. The stop at Downtown House of Pizza was made after his speech at the Lee County Lincoln-Reagan earlier that night.

His visit to the local pizzeria was surprising both to the restaurant workers and the large crowd that swiftly gathered in the area. The President who bought a pizza, took a bite from a pizza slice and jokingly asked, “Does anyone want a piece of the slice I’ve eaten?” Many in the crowd laughed and even yelled “No!”

Trump’s pizza stop came after his speech in which he criticized many of his political opponents including  Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who recently indicted Trump on 34 counts of criminal charges. Trump has placed a lot of his campaign’s attention and messaging on the legal troubles he is facing, claiming that it is a political witch hunt. During his speech, he vowed to enforce a new civil service test that all federal employees will have to go through. He added that he was going to “stop the local Marxist prosecutors who release rapists and murderers while prosecuting conservatives.” These comments were a direct attack on Bragg, who had been promising to prosecute Trump before he got elected.

Trump also attacked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is widely expected to join the 2024 presidential race. Trump once again claimed that had it not been for his endorsement DeSantis would not have been elected and he would have essentially been unemployed.
